Slidt og ikke vedligeholdt.
Et meget slidt og gammelt hotel der ikke lever op til den ønskede stand. Når der ses i forhold til et 3-stjernet hotel. Værelser meget slidte og ikke holdt vedlige. Tæt på en fantastisk strand. Ikke WIFI på værelserne. Området er dejligt - men der må være bedre hotel i nærheden.

Fint hotel til prisen. Ja, hotellet kan trænge til renovering, men værelserne var fint rene og hotelområdet er meget hyggeligt.. Ligger godt, lige ved strand og Hovedgaden, men intet larm. Vi havde et dejligt stort værelse. Kan anbefales og vi ville jo her igen.

Slidt hotel med god beliggenhed
Vi bestilte en suite, som bare er et almindeligt værelse, med et skrivebord og en terrasse. Værelset og badeværelset var gammelt og slidt, og der var ikke specielt rent på badeværelset. Morgenmaden er meget simpel, ristet toastbrød med smør og marmelade, lidt frugt og enkelt indonesiske retter. Dertil kan man vælge frisklavede æg, any style, og pandekager. Vi havde vores sø med på 3 år, den første dag fik han pandekager, men næste dag fik vi at vide at han ikke var inkl. i morgenmaden, hvilket var irriterede. Personalet var ellers søde og hjælpsomme,og beliggenheden er perfekt, lige på stranden. Der er to pools, den ene var dog noget beskidt.

God oplevelse
Vi havde en dejlig oplevelse, fin pool, ikke så god strand da vi havde oplevet bedre strande, men ligger lige ned til stranden, flot have med mange blomster, super rengøring og generelt super fin service. Værelserne er i gammel stil, men lidt slidt.

Very dirty room. TV was a very old analog Sanyo made 30 years ago which were dumped in rubbish bins last century. Bathroom very dirty. The room was not wirth even $20 per night whereas I paid twice as much felt I paid too much and did not get what photos show. I asked for room change they ignored my request. Do not go there ever.

This is Adrian - Jennys Husband ,,The Greetings was good , The Cleanliness was so Poor ,, I stayed at the Gazebo Hotel a Few times starting from 40 years ago . It it seems nothing is done there .I have Photos of the Poor Cleaning it is Disgusting ,,, I had to buy a Pillow as I could not put my head down on Previous Dribble , ( I have Photos ) The Breakfast was Pathetic (No Menu )My last visit at the Gazebo you got a choice of Sausages , Bacon , Baked Beans , Mushrooms , and so forth ,, Regards Adrian

もう何度も利用させてもらっている、サヌールでの定宿。古いがバリらしさがある緑が豊富なホテルで、ダナウタンブリガン通りからビーチ前までの敷地に沢山部屋がある。スタッフは日本のホテルスタッフを基準にしてはだめ。掃除も前日の同じごみが落ちていたり、タオルもバスタオルだけ。バスマットはおそらく取り換えていないっぽい。でも、プール担当のプトゥさんは毎日インドネシア語を教えながら色々おしゃべりしてくれたり、すごく優しい。朝食7時からだけど（かなりしょぼい）、まず準備完了していることが無い等々、いろんな意味でバリらしいホテル。サヌール滞在の際は絶対利用してしまう。プトゥさんにまた絶対会おうって約束したし！！

Because we were looking for something that really felt like Bali and not some rich, fancy resort that could be anywhere in the world, this place was perfect for us Wi-Fi was intermittent but it kept us off our phones more and into the environment. All of the staff were so kind and friendly. Also I highly recommend Sally and Annie for their massages, manicures and pedicures! Such beautiful women!

安価に宿泊できるので細かい事は諦めて。 バルコニー 椅子 テーブルの無い部屋だったので何かと不便でした。立地はとても良い環境です。プールも普通に良いです。部屋は家族で泊まった時は良い感じでしたが一人部屋はあまりよろしく無かった。

Das GAZEBO BEACH RESORT kenne ich seit vielen Jahren. Eine wunderschöne Gartenanlage, zwei gepflegte Pools und unsere 'Junior Suite" war sehr schön, leider an der Baustelle zur neuen Shopping Mall gelegen. Gute Lage am Segara Strand. Insgesamt besteht allerdings erheblicher Instandhaltungsrückstau. Ich hoffe und wünsche mir, dass die australischen Eigentümer ein wenig Geld in die Hand nehmen...(für alle Tennis Freaks) "Liga Tennis " zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zimmer sollten besser gereinigt werden, Bettwäsche war dreckig, verfleckt und stinkig. Haben unser eigenes Bettzeug mitgebracht. Trotz Trinkgeld nichts zu machen leider. Frühstück ist ohne Worte. Am besten draussen am Strand essen. Trotzdem fuer das Geld OK, alle freundlich und lieb. Hinweis noch Internet im Zimmer funktioniert nicht, besser an die beiden Pools gehen oder Nähe Rezeption freundlichKürSeSgggggSSSeand.

Die Anlage und der Garten in der die Bungalows stehen ist einmalig. Leider sind die Bungalows etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einiges ist reparaturbedürftig. Sehr freundliches Personal, egal ob an der Rezeption die Gärtner oder Zimmerservice. Die tolle Lage der Anlage gleicht viele kleine Mängel wieder aus.

I loved my stay at Gazebo, all the staff are just beautiful. Pools great, gardens just gorgeous, quiet and peaceful, but so close to everything. Yes it is need of a renovation, but if there is any issue the staff were very quick to sort it out. I stayed in a suite room, it was large, with a big fridge, cup, glasses, spoons and kettle, no tea or coffee, but that was easy to sort. Breakfast with some fruits, toasters to toast your own (which I love, as I like my bread really toasted), tea and coffee, jam, butter, you can order eggs any way, pancakes and a fruit juice. I loved my stay

Wir waren im Mai 23 in Villa Joglo 5. Sehr schöne balinesische Holzschnitzereien überall, großes Bett, viel Platz und die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Das Bad war etwas vernachlässigt und direkt nebenan die Bar die aber nicht besonders laut war. Der Garten war sehr schön und mit viel Mühe hergerichtet. Frühstück war ehr mau aber ausreichend. Insgesamt empfehlenswert

On arrival we were taken to a room obviously not the one we had booked. After discussion with checkin in manager and him assuring us it was the same value room we insisted on seeing the room that we had booked and confirmed. It was vastly different. we were disappointed he had lied to us. In the end we were given the correct room. This wasn’t a great start to our stay at the Gazebo Beach Hotel. Next morning we noticed the sides of the main pool were covered in black spot algae and the tiles at the bottom of the pool had green algae this is quite unhealthy for guests swimming in it. all in all if management should take more pride in the facilities it would be a good resort as location is excellent.

Staff are working hard daily making this property beautiful, rooms being deep cleaned and all air-conditioner units being updated. No wifi in saver rooms but easy access from other areas of property. Staff super helpful and friendly, definitely a home away from home. Looking forward to returning!

Great staff and location. However, no wifi in my room. Shower leaked with very low pressure. Room aircon had to be regassed to operate properly. Breakfast buffet was very limited in offering.

古いことはわかっていたので気にならないし、シャワーの水圧が弱いと直すのは無理と思いながら言ったら、すぐに対応して調節してくれた。スコールの際部屋にいたら雨漏りが！電話すると向かい側のアップグレードの部屋に変えてくれたり、不備があってもすぐに対応してくれる。

The Gazebo is in an excellent position stretching from the beach to the main road. This gives easy access to everything. The staff are polite and helpful. The pool was clean and plenty of long chairs for use. It has a true Balinese feel to it as is it's style. Sadly the rooms are getting a little tired and dirty. They need an update and soon! Our room leaked when it rained ... no sealer around the air con wires that come through the wall!!

The Gazebo is in a great location, beach front and in the centre of Sanur.. The gardens are amazing and very well cared for. Breakfast was yummy with plenty of fresh fruit, toast, eggs, waffles, coffee and juice. the staff are all very nice and friendly. We stayed in a cheap room, it was abit old but large and room was clean. Shower water pressure wasn't very good but that is to be expected in Bali. Over all it was a great place to stay and would stay again

The Gazebo Hotel is Bagus!
We have been staying at the Gazebo Hotel 'on and off' for 35 years. We have always enjoyed our stays there and the management and staff are eager to please and always welcome us back. The hotel is ideally located on the beach and within walking distance of the large Hardy's Supermarket, and two great beach markets. I lives up to it's three star raring and is economically priced and accessible to. And yes we're returning again in May 2020 to the Gazebo Hotel.

Wonderful gardens, pools and big room. They fixed the DVD and gave us tea towels, flannels too. The staff are great, friendly and even leave little flowers on the table outside on the verandah for you to find.

I admit to a bias as I have stayed at this property many times over nearly 40 years. It is an older property and if you want a minimalist modern aesthetic this is not for you. It has a variety of rooms/bungalows some of which are tired but many refurbished, so you do get what you pay for. Things will not always be quite right but will always be sorted with a smile, Most of the staff are long term and it has many guests who are treated as family after multiple stays. It has the most magnificent tropical gardens and direct beachfront which are a serious plus in Sanur. Many friends have tried other beachfront properties along the Sanur strip but we all agree that Gazebo is value for money. You do feel like you are in Bali at Gazebo but like everything in the real Bali small things like dripping taps will be fixed in Bali time! If you want 5 star go to the Bali Hyatt - or visit the Gold Coast....

The property has the most fantastic gardens, oozing tranquility and peaceful atmosphere and is right on the beach. It also has two sparkling clean pools of a generous size, staff are very friendly and helpful. our villa (Kayu) was large, with fridge. microwave, good aircon, comfy bed, kettle...but no cutlery, bottle opener, glasses, bowls...just a couple of plates. Drainage in the kitchen sink was very slow, toilet cistern required fiddling for the water to fill up, and for the first three days there was a bad smell in our villa (and in the one next door to us, too - the villas opposite us were ok). In fairness, we believe the smell originated from a (sewerage?) pipe behind the hotel - the hotel's solution was to hang air fresheners in front of the air conditioner and the fan. Eventually the smell disappeared. Buffet breakfast was disappointing: lacking variety/choice: by way of fruit there was only melon and pawpaw (despite mango, pineapple and banana being in season); only balinese coffee and tea, no cereal or yoghurt; only toast bread and 1 type of jam (same every day); you could get 2 eggs any style , but only plain omelette and plain pancake; there was also fried rice; We will probably be back, because the grounds were just so spectacularly beautiful and peaceful, the location perfect, and the staff super friendly...and now that we know the weak points (breakfast) we can plan for that, and stock up/supplement the meager fare or go elsewhere.
