"Location away from the hustle of the old town. If you can handle the walk up the steps (around 150), it is the perfect location. There is no direct car access, so you need to carry your luggage up the steds. Parking is a bit away and is seriously expensive. Vesna contacted us a couple nights before arrival to give complete instructions on how to check in and directions, and she is very responsive. The place is spacious with 2 bedrooms, a smaller living room, and a good size kitchen with dining...

"We had 3 nights at the apartment. We have stayed in many VRBO listings and this is one of the best. Well equipped comfortable bed, clean and great location. Lots of stairs to get there but that is Dubrovnik. Would recommend and would stay there again. Hosts were responsive but did not hover in any way. Highly recommend."

"En rigtig gæstfri og hjælpsom vært, der tager sig godt af sine gæster. Var behjælpelig med gode råd til aktiviteter og restauranter - og ikke den slags, hvor han får betaling af aktørerne for dette. Var meget opsat på, at vi skulle have et godt ophold. Lækker altan med udsigt ud over vandet. Eneste minus er fraværet af mørklægning. Og så måske de 171 trappetrin, der fra havnepromenade og op til hotellet. Men på den anden side, så gav det god motion 😊 En klar anbaling herfra. "

"The property was great and the host was so lovely. Marija reached out and provided with very detailed directions on how to get to the location which made for a very easy arrival. She also greeted us when we got to the property and was very helpful at telling us the hot spots to hit while in Hvar. "

"This home is so special. It is so clean and well appointed. Everything is so new and well maintained. The neighborhood is so private and quiet. I wish we could have stayed all summer! We rented a boat for the day and they were able to pick us up in the harbor just minutes away. We also had dinner at a beachside restaurant just down the street. There is a little store we went to every day for snacks and drinks. I would recommend finding a bigger store on your way to villa to get more variety,...

"This property was absolutely incredible and the photos do it justice. We had a large group and everyone was very happy that we ended up splurging and choosing this house. The cherry on top was the very kind and generous homeowner. Our experience in Zrnovnica is one that we will not forget. Hvala Niksa! A note on ubers - the only time we experienced difficulty with getting an uber is when the cruise ships were docked and we were trying to get a smaller car. We had no problem booking uber xl's....

"We had a great time . Stayed a week and the location is perfect if you are a numbers person there are 139 stairs to get from the main old town level to inside the unit 😊. Everything you need is there. The beds need a bit of attention as do the sheets but didn’t effect our trip."

Were not aware this was not fully serviced flats and had not brought enough towels for beach/pool and shower or planned to shop for toiletpaper, amenities and cleaning product.
