"Lovely place - great location"

"We were attending a graduation at San Diego State. This apt was very close but also located in a very quiet neighborhood. Hosts were were wonderful and even welcomed us with warm cupcakes that she had made. Lots of ammenties such as pool, grill , gazebo etc which we did not use due to graduation events planned. Very quiet as we were the only apt used as the the owners also lived in the house. Apt was clean and just what we needed for a short stay. Would rent again when or if we return to SD."

"House could have been cleaner. There was cobwebs and dust on walls ceilings and fans. Great house otherwise. Lots to do in it including pool table, ping pong and hot tub. Great closed in yard for our dog also!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.👍👍"

"We were a family of 12 and it ranged from a small toddler to teenagers and adults and let me just say this home accommodated all ages perfectly. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was certainly a plus! The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes of all kinds even dishes and utensils that were toddler friendly. "We greatly enjoyed our stay! This place has everything you need to enjoy a wonderful weekend away. We had a large group (9) and had plenty of room. Honestly, I think the pictures online don't do the rock structure/pool combo enough justice. Two slides, a hot tub, and a spot to overlook the Pacific Beach area. So cool. Ask about the pool house - such a unique space! The only drawback is that it's a bit out of the way so you might want to look into car rentals. Overall, we couldn't have asked for...

"Really nice black bottom pool that stayed really warm, the backyard is sheltered from the wind and gets nice sun throughout the day. The game room was super fun for our kids and the property is well appointed. It didn’t have wine glasses and I sent the property manager a note asking if they were somewhere I couldn’t see and they dropped off some new ones since they weren’t there, same day. "Reception ... the worst service I have ever encountered. Roof terrace is very small and therefore very crowded. Room doors to the corridors does not insulate sound very well, you can hear people having conversations when passing your room."
