Nice hotel. Nice position and people. Not 5 star service more like 3,5 star but rooms and position is top notch.

Hotellet ligger dejligt og interiøret er ligeledes fint. Flere små ting trækker dog ned. Baren har et meget lille udvalg, bland andet af øl. Vi fik en Bloody Mary som var mere isvand end tomat og vodka. Det er under standard for et international hotel. Parkering er dyr, og selvom det er et international hotel føles det dumt at skulle snakke engelsk og med nogle mere gebrokken end andre

Fantastisk
Opholdet var en del af en fødselsdagsfejring. Hotellet var så venlige at skrive en personlig hilsen til fødselaren og sætte to super lækre flødeboller på værelset. Stor tak for det! Hotellet fremstår fortsat meget nyt og indbydende. Alt fungerede til perfektion. Og personalet er meget venligt og imødekommende. Vi gik op på rooptorf efter solnedgang. Sikke en udsigt over byen. Jeg er sikker på at udsigten også er super flot i dagslys. Morgenmaden er super lækker. Udbuddet er stort, og en kok kan lave specielle varme retter. Alt i alt har dette hotel det hele. Selvom vi kun bor 3,5 km væk, kan vi sagtens finde på at komme igen.

Rooms (even standard) are spacious, beautiful with great views. Now the fixed the water so you can enjoy the full benefit of the enormous bathroom :-) and the new roof terrace is an attraction in it self. Breakfast is the best!

Nice and pleasant stay
NH Collection is a much appreciated new hotel in Copenhagen where the 5* needs competition as most of them only gives 3* service. NH is really good and has unique service and very friendly staff. Dont miss the new rooftop. Best in Scandinavia.

Great location and great views!
Great hotel located very close to the metro station and near to many dining options. We didn't try the breakfast at the hotel as it seemed quite more expensive than the great options that are available just outside of the hotel. The room was modern, clean, and with great views to the city. I would highly recommend the hotel for longer or shorter stays as it offers a great stay for a fair price.
