Vores yndlingshotel i Como.
Et helt fantastisk hotel, som vi har besøgt mange gange. En rigtig dejlig restaurant ud mod søen med skøn italiensk mad. Men overnatningspriserne er efterhånden blevet MEGET høje!

Fantastisk hotel med en helt utrolig udsigt over Como-søen. Hotellet er virkelig lækkert. Gammelt men meget flot renoveret. Fra man kommer ind i hotellets reception bliver man betaget af den fantastiske udsigt. Lækker morgenmadsbuffet. Super lækker gourmet-restaurant (Raimondi), som forøvrigt har et meget kompetent personale. Det er faktisk gennemgående på hele hotellet. Servicemindede, venlige, dygtige og veluddannede. Meget rent og pænt. Super bar med alt hvad man måtte ønske af lækre cocktails. Uanset om man spiser morgenmad, frokost, aften eller nyder noget i baren, så er der mulighed for at gøre det udenfor, med en absolut helt fantastisk udsigt over søen. 10 min på cykel til Como by (gratis brug af hotellets cykler). 5 min gang til bådhavn hvor man kan tage en båd til Como (8 min) eller sightseeingbåde rundt på hele Como-søen. Eksempelvis til Bellagio.

Description of room categories is misleading!
Descriptions and pictures of the different room categories is misleading! We ordered a deluxe room based on the description and images - however got a classic room - very disappointing. Views are fantastic. The hotel is located on west side of the lake, meaning that it is in the shade after 3-4 pm. Nice breakfast.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a deluxe suite with a balcony and beautiful view of the lake. Staff were very professional and always willing to help provide whatever you need to make your stay amazing. We would definitely return if we visit Lake Como in the future.

Property itself was beautiful and views were incredible but concierge services did not meet expectations. I felt I was bothering them every time I asked for something. Also the dinner in the downstairs restaurant wasn’t great either. We ordered trout and veal and both weren’t good.

The view of the lake and the service at the hotel is hard to beat. Two thumbs up for that. The hotel is tiny and rooms are tiny. The parking garage is tiny. Good luck if you have a full size car.

The property is situated on the lake. The property was beautiful, but the service was terrible. The staff was not accommodating. We paid for two of the same rooms but one got lake view and one did not. The one that didn’t smell terrible. Once we told them, they were super rude. We asked to switch and that they suggested that we upgraded for another €500, in which we did and we asked for something for the inconvenience and they refused. Additionally in april it is quite chilly and the temperature on the thermostat was not correctly raising. The front desk was so rude to us and screamed at us in the middle of the night when we were asking him to increase the temperature and he just kept screaming saying he doesn’t understand what we’re saying. We speak perfect English and he did not.

Hotel Villa Flori was perfect for my stay - I splurged a bit for the Superior double room and waking up to the lake view was well worth the splurge. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are lovely. It comes with breakfast, which is also a nice perk. It is not too far from the city of Como and within a 5 min walking distance to the local ferry. My only thing is that it's quite far from Tremezzo, Varenna and Bellagio so if you're tight on time, I would suggest elsewhere. I ended up booking a private boat that picked me up from the hotel dock and it still took 55 min to get to Bellagio. Otherwise, loved it.

Very classy hotel breakfast is amazing We got one of the best room nice lake view big balkony 7 to 8 mioby taxi to go to the center taxi coast 15 euro Excellent
