"Online showed what I would call an old photo Lounge chairs and chairs and umbrellas not set up for you. Sign them out and then walk 200 yards to beach carrying all your belongings. They are not like the picture. Room and hotel very clean. Great workers. The pool and bar both underwhelming. Bartender was great."

Also changed the coffee keurig to a coffee pot, because I drink more than a cup or two. Always responsive. Cute little place , decorated nicely. The only downfall was the construction noise. "Vince is a very attentive owner/caring. As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting. Not all days, but some days were very loud . It’s not anything to blame the owner for and we knew the patio wasn’t available. Having said that it’s a very nice place , beautiful pool and spa. Beaches in the area are stellar. Nice trolley to Clearwater Beach , about a 5 minute ride . Nice Shopping area a 5 min walk...
