"Simple and cozy. Located 20-minute walk to free cruise shuttle. Excellent restaurants and coffee bar within a block. The owner, Stefan, (speaks English) is very warm, hospitable, helpful and welcoming. Great place to stay before and after cruising. Booking was easy! Go into town and buy a bottle of wine and enjoy a glass on the terrace at sunset. We'll remember our stays there fondly. When/If we go to Civitavecchia again, we will ALWAYS stay there. "Strange place. Closed most of the time, reception only open very few hours daily. A few rooms in an apartment, but our room was in the hallway, noisy. Breakfast is a joke, everything old and in plastic bags, hardly anything worth eating. We asked to get us a taxi, which was confirmed but never arrived."

No shuttle bus or schlepping bags ( we had many). Can’t say enough about their hospitality. true, you have a to walk a few blocks to get beyond the nearby Esterina restaurant. But their personal care and help is rare to find anywhere "

"The host was so helpful - he and his son picked us up at the airport, carried our luggage, helped us in and then gave clear instructions to get us to a nearby street with quaint, local restaurants. He made sure our following day arrangements were covered and gave us a ride to the cruise terminal. We highly recommend this. "

Elena & Monika are exceptional hosts that went above and beyond to make us feel as if we were visiting family friends. Upon arrival (which was after 20.00) we were personally greeted by Elena who assisted us with bags & offered to prepare the hot tub for us to relax after a long drive. She also recommended a few great restaurants that were still open & knew Elena so they offered us a discount!...

"The property has fruit trees and vegetable gardens throughout. It's great to walk among the olive trees, pluck a fig or apple right off the tree, or just relax to the trees swaying in the wind. The bungalows are spread out around the grounds, so you feel like have your own private space. Breakfast is made fresh and the menu had new items every day. All of this in a casual naturist environment makes for an ideal place to unwind and recharge."
