First they gave me the wrong room, top of that when I went to ask them to give me the right room, they just charge me as a new booking, while I was having my room reserved, making this mistake they just calm me down with a extra night. After few days when I have to check out I to talk one of from desk receptionist asking about this king of “compensation” by mi surprise they just told me that I don’t have any extra day , so disappointed. And second a poor service room, I took of the sign 2 days in a row to have more bathroom paper and clean towels as well all the room was a disaster no expecting that mucha just a clean a nice stay .
