Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had a situation and asked staff on the 15th floor for help. They sent me to the first floor and the first floor tried to send me back to 15. It worked out in the end but it was just confusing. The rooms were clean and the pool was amazing! We reserved a room for 3 of us though and they kept only giving us 2 sets of towels. Again the staff helped with that but being a bit more proactive would be nice!

First they gave me the wrong room, top of that when I went to ask them to give me the right room, they just charge me as a new booking, while I was having my room reserved, making this mistake they just calm me down with a extra night. After few days when I have to check out I to talk one of from desk receptionist asking about this king of “compensation” by mi surprise they just told me that I don’t have any extra day , so disappointed. And second a poor service room, I took of the sign 2 days in a row to have more bathroom paper and clean towels as well all the room was a disaster no expecting that mucha just a clean a nice stay . Not in this case

The property was well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and it was in a convenient location for our purposes.

My husband and I stayed here for a spontaneous overnight in Chicago. The hotel was clean; hotel staff were helpful and everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, which was convenient.

TV’s to be upgraded to smart tv’s also the parking was terrible parking should be free for what where spending on the stay and breakfast at least should be free

Front desk upgraded us to a room with view. That was great. The only thing I would suggest is fixing the drawers so they stayed closed. That was a bit annoying. Rm #1953

Lo que no me gusto fue el servicio del desayuno, me trato muy mal un garzon, al parecer se molesto porque no le di propina, la cual se la daría el último día. Me cobro el desayuno de una guagua de 1año y medio, no lo podía creer! Y tenía muy mala actitud al pedir un café y jugo de naranja me dice que no entiende lo que le digo y habla español. Me comporté muy educada y no le dije nada. Pero quedé muy molesta con esta situación

This was a fraudulent charge!!! I’ve only used Expedia once and someone illegally used my stored Credit card to make this reservation and checked in under another name. I will not be paying these charges and have already reported it to the bank. My card has been in my possession so the only way this was done was through expedia.com

This hotel was amazing, I got sick and needed to take an ambulance to the hospital and they were so helpful and went the extra mile to ensure that i was doing ok. Great location for shopping and dining.

Staff was horrible. Our bath tub had pubic hairs in it and something splattered all over the picture.. don't even want to fathom what it was. I asked that it be cleaned. We left for 4 hours and they didn't clean it and I had to call again. Coffeepot didn't work had to have it replaced. Wasn't told about the parking or that I needed to bring in my parking rcpt so that they could validate it... Staff seemed extreme unknowledgeable. Pool was closed for maintenance. Was notified 3 days before our trip.
