"Very nice hotel within walking distance of the White House and the Mall and lots of restaurants close by. The room was large and comfortable though the windows could do with an upgrade; quite some street noise despite our room being on the 9th floor. Mornings complementary coffee and late afternoons complementary wine in the lobby - pleasant surprise."

Overall a hotel I would not recommend
"The hotel appears worn. There is no free Wifi, which I believe should be available at a hotel in this price range. The room is large and spacious. It has what it needs to have. However, it is only mediocrely cleaned. A bit dusty and superficially clean. The restaurant has fine service, but the food is not particularly good. At a hotel in this price range, quality should be expected. It's bistro food. Not good enough. Overall, a hotel I would not recommend. It is too expensive and the quality does not match the price."

"Stayed there a week and enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a nice central location and rooms were nice and clean. Some staff are more service minded than others, so we did not feel the staff were too welcoming in the bar and restaurant, but overall a recommending place to start your sightseeing."
