Det skønneste hotel!
Utroligt lækkert hotel og man får bestemt meget for pengene. Personalet var venligt og hjælpsomt, værelset var pænt og rent med en god balkon, spaaen var lækker med den mest fantastiske udsigt og der var en god morgenmad. Alt i alt et virkelig godt hotel, som kun kan anbefales! Vi glæder os allerede til at komme igen 😁

Ok ophold
Rigtig fin beliggenhed på hotellet Rart personale men ikke så service mindet Gode til engelsk så nemme og snakke med. Jeg rev hul i et par bukser i hotellets restaurant på en bænk da der var sprinter ud af dem.

Amazing hotel - fantastic location, extremely cozy
We stayed in the Confirm Room with an fantastic view directly to the mountains.This hotel is amazing, great location, very cozy, perfect service - very service minded staff, super location in the city center of Chamonix. I can 100% recommend this hotel and will for sure come back many times.

Lækkert hotel
Lækkert hotel på bedste adresse. Rigtig god service, hvor specielt Luc trak niveauet op. Rigtig gode SPA facilileter, men vælg ikke hotellet, hvis du skal svømmetræne, da poolen er ret lille. Morgenmaden er yderst god.

Rigtig skønt hotel. Vi nød godt af den gratis adgang til spaområdet med opvarmet pool, jacuzzi, sauna mm. på tagterrassen. Værelset var lækkert. God location. Venligt personale. God morgenmad.

VERY NICE HOTEL!
We just loved this hotel in the middle of Chamonix. Nice staff, very good food and a nice pool on top of the roof. We'll be back, for sure.

Idyllisk hotel i fantastiske omgivelser
Hotellet ligger fantastisk på det idylliske torv med kirke og rådhus i Chamonix. SPA afdelingen er skøn med udsigt til toppen af Europa. Meget ordentligt og fint, men servicen og morgenmaden var ikke på niveau med resten af hotellet.

vort ophold fandt sted under UTMB - et sandt helvede af et bjergløb og start og mål mindre end 100 m fra hotellet. Højtalere og musik kørte 24/7 så søvn var meget vanskeligt at få. Ærgerligt.

This hotel is in the center of the city and walkable to all venues even the ski Lyft. Many many restaurants and shopping places in a few minutes walking distance. This property has dry sauna, steam, Jacuzzi and a pool on the roof top. The staff are super friendly as well.

I liked it was in town for restaurants and bus stops. Spa area needs another hot tub as it was difficult to use for the amount of people.

Park Suisse
Great hotel at 10 mins walk from the main bus station (Chamonix Sud). Bus stops to most ski stations are conveniently situated just a few meters away from the hotel so we did not have to walk a long way with our equipment. The hotel is also situated right downtown close to the restaurants and shops which was great for dinner time and off days. The SPA is to die for. The perfect way to end our ski day with the breathtaking rooftop pool and hot tub. Definitely a reason why you should book the hotel. There is not a single day where we did not go to the spa. It is really one of a kind. The hotel has convenient lockers to store your ski equipment, however it did not dry them overnight. We had amazing service from the gentleman at the reception. He was helpful, funny and very nice. Thank you. The rooms are a bit outdated which takes away from the luxurious aspect of the hotel. Also we had to ask for coffee and cream to be refilled every day as it was not done automatically when they cleaned the room which was a bit odd. Thank you Park Hotel

This hotel might have been a 4-star gem a decade ago, but it's showing its age now. The beds are quite small, and the bathroom, especially the hairdryer and showerhead, could use an upgrade. Our attempt at the spa was a bit disappointing – the hammam wasn't working, and the sauna and jacuzzi weren't hot enough. The thin walls meant we could hear everything from our neighbors. On the bright side, the staff is friendly, the location is excellent, and the view is lovely.

Really nice and comfortable rooms and spa with outdoor pool / jacuzzi and two saunas with amazing views. Functional gym with more modern equipment. Staff was so-so and the wifi didn't work on the 5th floor.

Great place to stay. It was easy to get to from the train station and walkable to the excursions we took. The only complaint was the pillow’s weren’t what we were hoping for. The room was also very warm and we had a hard time cooling it off.

Have been guests at this hotel 5 or 6 times through the years for our hiking vacations in the alps. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and efficient and helpful.

The service was attentive. We enjoyed a massage in the the sap area which was excellent. The outdoor hot tub was lukewarm but the sauna's were clean & were at the proper temperatures. The restaurant had limited dinner options and were out of most items when we came to dinner at 7pm

This hotel isnt clean and smell of odor. When we ask for changing room, they said they r fully booked while we saw people still coming and checking in. They didnt agree to give us refund and charge us 660 usd for 2 night we even didnt stay. This place is scam. Be carefull
