Might consider being sure that the room is truly ready to check in. Otherwise the staff was great along with the pools and the room was comfortable and clean. "

I was not impressed with the lack of staff by the pool and the pool cafe. We could not get ice, food or drinks other than the Cielo bar and restaurant and we felt awkward ordering in pool...
