"This place has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The communication leading up to and during our stay was excellent. The condos were spacious and fully stocked. They even got us a keurig machine for our stay! Walking distance to some amazing restaurants and groceries. The property has 2 lovely pool areas. Both with hot tubs. One of the hot tubs wasn’t working that well, but the other (by the smaller pool) one was great. My friends and I had a blast for our first time in Scottsdale....

"We felt and saw they they have not Dusted in a long time. The floors were dirty feet were black from walking around in the condo. The rug in front of couch was so so dirty and stained. It was gross. We had no mom or swifter to clean up the floor. Other than that we had a good time and enjoyed the condo. Instructions we very simple and short. Loved that."

"Had everything we needed for our stay. Might add the 15 stairs entrance to listing. Pool was clean but no lounge chairs. Overall very nice!!"

"It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. "

"This condo was in a nice location for our trip to help our daughter move out of college for the summer. Very nice layout and all the comforts of home. Pool was close by the unit which was a plus. Beds were comfortable, great communication with owner. Would definitely stay again!"

"It's an excellent property for a trip with friends. Jim was super helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The location was great, leaving you within walking distance of great shopping and dining options. The place itself was pretty clean. One note- the beds are smaller than the pictures suggest (double, not queen). Additionally, the bed in the second bedroom is far more comfortable. Overall, we were super happy with the place and would stay again!"

"We struggled with the VRBO app as they made changes. The owner was prompt with all questions and had to be a little creative to get what we needed to us. We enjoyed the quiet, the turtle doves, with the screened in porch looking out to the lake being our go to spot. The beds and bedding made our sleep comfortable. I will return if I go to Phoenix again."
