Cozy house
Perfect for our 9 persons family. Everyone could have private time in the house. Modern house with elegant decorations in every room. Bathrooms were modern. We all had a very lovely holiday. The surroundings cannot be more perfect👏

Lots of bedrooms
The rental offers 4 bedrooms - one per level. The biggest one with the nicest view is on the last level : 30 steps to get there. Small terrace outside of that last bedroom and small terrace on the ground floor.

Herrliche Auszeit
Trotz relativ schlechtem Wetter konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt genießen und von dort aus viele Ausflüge unternehmen. Das Meer liegt direkt vor der Tür und lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen an der Promenade ein.

Great location
The closeness of the beach and playgrounds were perfect for the 4 year old. The closeness of cafes and restaurants was great for the adults. Advice and help from Jason just great too. Didn't feel the need to get in the car as everything so close. Weather certainly helped make it a great holiday.

Solheim Stay
Contact with the property manager was good and the pick up of the keys easy. The house was clean on arrival and well appointed. Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to beach, a pool in the complex and around an easy 10 minutes flat walk to restaurants of which there was a good variety. All in all we had a good stay using the property as a base for attending the 2023 Solheim cup.

Íbamos una familia de 10 miembros entre abuelos, padres e hijos y hemos disfrutado mucho. Nos ha gustado la ubicación, la casa espaciosa, la piscina. En la zona hay una pequeña tiendecita para lo básico, pero en Sabinillas hay de todo. En la casa había menaje suficiente para todos. Los vecinos han sido un amor, un ambiente muy familiar. Muchas gracias por todo.

Convenient location, very nice property!
Very well located, near the beach, markets and restaurants. Generally well maintained property, good sized rooms, good quality linens, but some upgrades in appliances could be suggested. Very good response to our inquiries by the owner and his rep. We particularly liked the view from the terrace, which was also a very nice area for morning workouts! We enjoyed our stay in this property in Manilva.

Endroit superbe
Nous sommes restés un mois dans le logis de Eva et Guy. C'est une maison superbe. Très spacieuse, bien décorée et avec la majorité de l'équipement nécessaire. La location est idéale : 10 minutes de marche pour l'épicerie, 20 minutes pour plusieurs restaurants, 2 minutes pour la plage et la promenade qui suit la plage sur des kilomètres et kilomètres. Peut-être parce que nous y étions en février, le service d'autobus n'est pas super. Nous avons dû nous tourner vers Uber pour nos déplacements, mais c'était un très bon service. Les communications avec l'agente et avec Guy étaient rapides et efficaces. Aussi parce que c'était en février, la maison était difficile à réchauffer. Ce qui doit être un atout en été. Nous avons bien profiter des deux terrasses et de leur excellent ameublement. Magnifiques levers de soleil de la terrasse supérieur. Quel plaisir de se réveiller le matin avec une vue sur la mer (de la chambre supérieure). Évidemment, beaucoup d'escaliers - il y a 3 étages - mais c'est un exercice nécessaire pour compenser la nourriture superbe des restaurants environnants!

Ein wirklich praktisches Haus für Familienferien
Unsere Ferien in Marina de Casares haben uns gut gefallen. Haus hat zwei wunderschöne Terrassen. Haus ist sehr praktisch für Familienferien am Strand. Allerdings ist bei windigem Wetter der Strand nicht ideal für Kinder. Nicht leicht abfallender Strand, sondern mit sofortiger Welle und es wird schnell tief. Haus ist für bis zu 10Personen geeignet und wir waren auch 10. Better hat es allerdings nur 9. Anstatt ein Zusatzbett/ Klappbett welches sehr unbequem war, hätten sie ein normales Bett organisieren können. Die Umgebung ist schön. Tarifa, Ronda, nach Gibraltar Empfehlung mit dem Bus und nicht mit dem Auto. Wir standen ewig im Stau vor dem Zoll. Unsere Autovermieter wollten uns dann auch noch 90Euro belasten, weil wir über die Gibraltar Grenze sind. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Dear Daniela, thanks a lot for your evaluation. Concerning the folding bed, we are sorry for the lack of confort, just remember that we normally limit the house to 9 persons. To a question you asked about a 10th person, we answered it was possible with a folding bed we provided.

A slice of heaven!
Beautiful property and location. The house is very well equipped - just lacking outdoor sun beds! Lidl is very close as long as you walk via dual carriage way and not along sea front as we did in 39 degrees on our first day 🥵 swimming pool was lovely and beach on your doorstep. A super family holiday , will definitely return. This part of the Costa del sol is much nicer than near the Malaga area. We flew into Gibraltar which was brilliant 👍🏻

Many thanks for your comments. We initially invested in 4 sunbeds but after two years there were rusted and all broke. We replaced them.all and again after a couple of years we had to thriw them way. Sorry, but we have decided not to invest in new sun loungers anymore, and recommend to use the available beach or carpets or rent sun beds at the beach.

Semester på riktigt
Fantastiskt fint hus och läge! Bra kommunikation med både ägare och "mellanhand" som ständigt var på tå och svarade på meddelande från oss emellanåt lite virriga och frågvisa semesterfirare. I detta område var det mestadels spanjorer, lugnt och gott om plats på stranden. Gick vi bara några hundratsls meter bortåt på den fina strandpromenaden till grannbyarna Sabinillas eller Duquesa så var det mer turister, liv och rörelse. Oväntat kallt i havet men det hade säkert Eva, Guy eller Elena också fixat om de hade kunnat 😉 Rekommenderat varmt detta ställe.

Estancia muy agradable
El alojamiento es fiel a la descripción de la oferta. Todo nos ha gustado, desde la ubicación perfecta para salir a la playa en un minuto a la arena; el pueblo con todos sus servicios a cinco minutos andando. Hay Lidl, Mercadona, Carrefour express, Restaurantes , bares de tapas. A media hora coche de Marbella y zonas interesantes para ver. La casa en una urbanización muy bonita, distribución de la casa con independencia por los tres baños y aseo. Mucho menaje de cocina. Todo muy bien. La comunicación con los propietarios Guy y Eva superrápida y Marjo en línea en todo momento. Gracias

Very good urbanizacion. Great place for walking along the beaches, to nearby restaurants and town centre, and for making trips to the countryside and Gibraltar. Excellent gated garden area for children and fenced swimming pool.

Lovely town house close to the beach
Had a great stay in the property in early November. Fabulous location with the sea at the bottom of the complex. Communication with the owner and contact in Spain was excellent. Overall the house was lovely and a lot of thought had gone in to the updating of the bathrooms and kitchen. It was fully equipped with everything you need on a break away. Roof terrace and master bedroom was amazing. To make this a 5* property it justs needs a bit of attention made to the outside furniture on the patio and some of the soft furnishings inside. Overall it was a lovely place to stay and I would recommend staying there with a family or friends.

Casares winter vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this terrific location. The location was fantastic and the house met all of our expectations and more. We walked every day along the beach and had wonderful coffee and tappas at many of the local restaurants and bars along the way. Would love to come back again !

Haus am Meer
Das Haus war für uns 7 Leute sehr passend! Die Ausstattung hervorragend ! Es hat nichts gefehlt! Die Dachterrasse ist sehr gemütlich, der Blick sehr schön! Ebenso liegt das Haus sehr schön direkt am Meer, viele Restaurants sind fußläufig und die Promenade lädt zum bummeln ein! Der Check-in mit der „ Hausfee“ war sehr, sehr nett, schnell und reibungslos ! Ebenso war der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr freundlich und problemlos! Insgesamt hatten wir alle einen tollen Urlaub in Casares de la Marina !

Superb house
We all felt incredibly lucky to have found this house for our holiday. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, great showers, and much larger than we had expected. Fantastic position within the very secure surroundings, access to beach less than a minute from the terrace and kids all swimming in the pool while we sat and watched from the patio. Absolutely perfect! Elena and Daniel incredibly helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our arrival time. Anyone lucky enough to book this house will, we are sure, be very happy like we were. Thank you Guy for letting us enjoy your house. We very much hope to go back again.

Zalige vakantie in een op en top volledig ingericht huis
Wij verbleven met 7 personen in dit volledig nieuw ingerichte huis. Alles was aanwezig voor het welslagen van onze vakantie: de ruime kamers (waarvan 2 met eigen badkamer), de mooie inrichting, voldoende kookgerief, goed werkende keukenapparaten, uitgebreid servies, een mooi terras … De woning is gelegen op een rustig domein, grenzend aan de wandelpromenade, waarna je op het strand staat. De combinatie zee en rust maakte het tot een ontspannen vakantie. Even doorstappen en je stond in het havenstadje Puerto de la Duquesa met vele restaurantjes, maar ook dichterbij in Sabinillas vind je al leuke plekjes om te eten of een cocktail te drinken. Uitstapmogelijkheden genoeg in de buurt: Malaga, Gibraltar (ga zeker de rots op) en Tarifa liggen op max. een uurtje rijden. Iets verder ligt Ronda, hoewel vrij toeristisch toch de moeite waard. Voor ons een geslaagde vakantie!

A very nice house at an excellent location
We have enjoyed our stay and will most definitely come back. We felt very welcome on the day of our arrival and got some good recommendations for our stay. We found everything as described and took advantage of the house's amenities. We had ample space for 5 People, 2 more would have easily fit in as well. Everybody was very nice and pleasant to communicate with. Thanks a lot!
