This property was close to everything. The park and the cathedral are only minutes away. The breakfast options are huge and the guest service is amazing. Taxi are available upon request and the staff members are really nice.

Location and room was very good, unfortunately the staff don’t know how to communicate properly. Incredibly poor customer service, the only member of staff who wasn’t rude was the night manager. Was told on arrival that the breakfast bar in the room was complimentary, only to then be told at checkout we had to pay for everything. Prices are incredibly extortionate,(£4 for a can of coke) paid almost £60 for 4 small cans of Pringles, 4 bags of nuts and room service(£12). Would definitely not recommend to anyone, shame as the hotel itself was nice but it’s obvious they’re looking for ways to extort you.

Hotel Casa Diamond was incredible. If anyone is traveling to Morrocco and staying in Casablanca, I highly recommend this hotel. Everything about it was top shelf.

This property is listed as a 5 star. I failed to see how. Cleaning staff is the only 5 star review here. Restaurant breakfast was subpar. Hotel staff some were kind some were rude. No amenities, hotel lists a gym but it is only one treadmill, one elliptical, yoga mat and 5 and 10 pound dumbbells. And forget using the gym if you’re over 6ft tall… ceilings are super low in some parts.

Beautiful hotel; very friendly and accommodating staff; delicious and fairly priced breakfast and dinners. Rooms very nicely appointed. My only complaint would be that for a suite hotel with a kitchenette, there were no dishes or utensils, so that if I did want to bring some food in, I’d have no way to eat it unless I also brought in paper plates and plastic utensils. All the drawers and cabinets were empty. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful hotel which I highly recommend.

This hotel was nice for our one day stay. We didn't get a chance to explore the area much but its located close to a couple big streets. A lot of businesses were closed as we arrived on Eid day so again hard to give assessment of area. As for hotel--staff was friendly, nice buffet breakfast in morning, rooms clean and beds comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Such a mixed feeling about this place. The room was nice, but no utensils or enough toilet paper. Hallway is too scented it triggered my allergies. Too many little rules. My daughter was ill so i tried to bring her some breakfast to the room but they said if you take the food there is extra charge and we try to have some coffee first before having a full breakfast but turned away. Location is poor. I took 4-5 taxis per day. We stayed 4 nights, ate breakfast only 2 nights and only had maid service for 2 nights as well. Watch out for a concierge guy, he must get a kickback from an excursion taxi person because we tried to go to central market and this person say Habous is better so then we went. Ended up it was closed due to post Ramadan holiday. It was only definitely 2-3 star hotel. There was really nice doorman.

Très bel hôtel plutôt agréable. Personnel souriant et serviable. La chambre était spacieuse et propre . La literie est excellente . Il ne manquait que peu de chose pour être quasi parfait : mais la porte en verre de la douche était bancale et ne fermait pas, le dîner était assez mauvais mais je pense que le cuisinier n’était pas là …et nous étions seuls dans le restaurant Et passer l’aspirateur dans le couloir à 23 h c’est pas cool ! Mais bon souvenir quand même

Restaurant service was very slow for no apparent reason. There were only 4 tables occupied for dinner in the evening yet after one hour only our starter had been served. Of seven set menus, only two were available. Food served was poor quality. Baked goods were stale. By the way, in case it comes up as a reason, one of our stays was before Ramadan and the second during Ramadan but the service and food experiences were identical in both. Breakfast buffet was mediocre. Slices of cheese were microscopic and, again, baked good were stale. There was a suffocating use of air freshener in the hotel making us wonder what odours were being concealed. There was a strong odour of sewage in one of hour rooms the response to which was to run an air freshening machine for an hour instead of changing us to another room. The staff were friendly and helpful but this is definitely not a five star hotel.

This is an absolutely third grade establishment. At max i will give this hotel a 2.5 star only for cleanliness and room size. The breakfast is a total joke where they have the same exact menu everyday and they dont even serve omelette or customized eggs. They cut their fruits so thin that it looks like you are not eating fruit. You are eating fruit shavings. The services in the hotel is absolutely garbage. Their english speaking skills are so limited that you can hardly get your point across.They have no sense of ownership for resolving issues with regards to rooms noise complaints. The rooms have little to no sound insulation. They are a racist establishment where they will always give higher elevation rooms to European or people with white skin. Coloured people are purposely given lower elevation/crap (noisy)rooms. For the garbage services they will charge you a 6$ for a 300ml can of coke in the name of services. They call them a five star establishment they are at max a 2.5 star establishment. The outside area of the hotel is also not well lit which makes you feel unsafe.

Excellent for staying though lobby is not there so can’t call any visitor. Food is excellent the breakfast is superb. Staff is very courteous. In a room, there is only one charging socket that can take American plug. That too it’s quite far ( in a safe box!😌). Small things need to be addressed.
