Stunning property in a low key area of Tortola. The decor is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The staff was lovely with true island hospitality. I would highly recommend this hidden gem.

Need to provide basic hot breakfast of eggs and bacon ets. Especially on Sunday mornings. The front desk Receptionist was fantastic. She promptl resolved all issues.

Quito's is the place to stay in Tortola! We had the most wonderful stay! The staff and property exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean, large and beautifully decorated. The views from the balcony of Cane Garden Bay were gorgeous! All of the staff were attentive and so friendly! We had the best service and meals at the restaurant and beach bar! We were also very lucky that Quito was in town and we had the pleasure of meeting him and getting to hear him play!! The location is perfect and very convenient to get around the island. Our cab driver Lionel was the best! There is a small grocery store within a couple minutes walking distance as well as many other bars and restaurants. Highly recommend this gem!

What a great stay! The hotel was perfect. The staff was incredible, thank you Matthieu, Xiomara, Louise, Nicole, Ann Mary, Tracy…you made our visit amazing. The rooms have a full kitchen, beautiful views, everything is super clean. The restaurant and the food are wonderful I can’t wait to come back!

The location couldn’t be beat. We had a rental car but the staff would call taxis on request. There were more restaurants than we could eat at within walking distance. The staff, and the entire population that we interacted with, were beyond helpful and friendly. We had a bit of trouble when we arrived at the airport and the taxi dispatcher had alerted the hotel so they were all waiting for us and totally solicitous. When we couldn’t contact a restaurant to figure out if it was open, the desk clerk called her father who walked over to see. When one of our party needed to rent a snorkel, she had a buddy who lent us one at no charge because we were staying at Quitos. One night, Quito Ryder himself, the owner and a renowned reggae artist, performed at the bar/restaurant and during a break, came around and chatted with everyone. Our only complaint was they ran out of bar soap for a day or two (there was liquid soap in the shower).

One of the only modern hotels on the island and every room as a great view of the beach. Large rooms and because it's new construction it's quiet when the hurricane proof patio doors are closed. No loud rooster crowing like I hear at other hotels on Tortola. The king bed, sheets and pillows were soft and comfortable. AC worked well and was quiet also. They serve a small breakfast of coffee, yogurt and muffins in the lobby. Each room as a functional kitchen with stove, fridge, coffee maker toaster and micro so that's helpful to make your own meals and Bobby's Grocery store is a 3 min walk. Cane garden baby has a nice swimmable beach and several bars and restaurants. I'd stay again.

We had high expectations for Our stay and they were exceeded. The property is beautiful, new, very well maintained. The larger fridge, 2 burner stove, toaster and coffee pot, dishes and utensils really gives you everything you need for a full week. It’s incredibly convenient to everything in Cane Garden Bay. We would definitely stay here again.

Newer hotel so that is a plus. Working tv was a plus. In an attempt to be cool and hip there are big design flaws in the bathroom. Missing rugs by the bed and why do a queen when a king would easily fit. Furnishings nice Stair have a slippery tile and no railings. Secure door for entry has no pressure latch to pull it closed so it’s open most of the time and a rooster that crowed all night.

Best place to stay!
Awesome place to stay, it’s safe and the staff was awesome. I checked in early with no problem and the front desk staff helped me on a Sunday get my needed COVID test so I could go back to St. Thomas. My room was spotless and very comfortable. I will highly recommend!

Incredible place, not only are the hotels facilities beautiful but the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff is outstanding. Food is excellent, beachfront bar can be beat, not a single negative we could say about the entire experience at Quitos. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very luxurious and rooms spacious. We had a king bed with queen sofa bed and both were very comfortable. We had amazing ocean views with swinging chairs on the balconies. The staff were friendly and very helpful arranging transit for us. They even called right away when they discovered my earbuds in the bedding. Would definitely stay there again. Felt like paradise!

Quito’s is a gem! Absolutely my favorite of all the boutique hotels I have ever stayed at. Beautiful, spacious, restful, with a view that cannot be beat. The hanging balcony chairs are a wonderful place to read and soak up the Cane Garden Bay vibe. Highly recommended ❤️

Everything was great...but the distance to the airport and the port to take ferry to other island like Anegada ...about 45 min... Taxi is expensve there ...rent could a car is a good choice.

Beautiful facility on Cane Garden Bay. Great access to the beach and restaurant. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The GM, Louise and Latoya are fantastic. The Inn is spotless. I highly recommend it.

Built to last
Modern hotel with amenities expected in a luxury setting. Resilient finishes will stand the test of time. Stayed in a suite which was very spacious with a wonderful view of the bay from the balcony. In this area of the island, there is no other accommodation that can compare to this for safety and cleanliness. Front desk is eager and helpful. I cant remember the last time someone walked me to my room and showed me all its features.
