The system is easy to control but we do have a fresh air supply which must be kept on to provide a supply of fresh air to the apartment which we suspect could be the noise that you heard. We always appreciate feedback from our guests and insights such as you rs are incredibly important to us.We are sorry to read that you did not enjoy aspects of your stay. The Locke brand is an aparthotel concept which does offer apartments to guests but has hotel amenities too. The property does have a fantastic cocktail bar Dutch on site along with the BREW coffee shop and Astronomer Restaurant which evben though they are located on the Hyatt side of the building are available for Locke guests too. We are sorry that you were not informed of the cutlery drawer. This is located inside the drawer where the pots and pans are located under the oven. As a brand we do not offer phones in the apartments but utilise the Whatsapp service with a contact number on the TV.
