Skønhed og luksus
Steigenberg Wiltcher er et smukt, glamourøst hotel i det mondæne Ixel/ St. Gilles kvarter tæt på Bruxelles centrum. Alt ved hotellet er smukt og grandiøst og personalet er ualmindeligt hjælpsomme. Jeg bor aldrig andre steder i Bruxelles.

Lækkert hotel i dejlig bydel
Et fantastisk lækkert hotel i bydelen Ixelles, med gode shopping muligheder og mange gode restauranter, men langt færre turister end helt inde ved Grand Place. Fremragende!

Fantastic location.
A very nice hotel with good facilities. The rooms a big and spacious. The location is fantastic. Breakfast was really great and top class . The staff was nice but not 5 star level experience.

smokers lounge for cigar !!! Vi andre er henvist til terressen hvilket ikke plejer at værre noget problem, her oplever vi at skulle side i nogle stole uden hynder eller ligende som det så fint er vist på hjemmesiden vi blev på intet tidspunkt tilbudt noget vi og andre fik at vide at der ikke var nogen servering på terrassen

Virkeligt et lækkert hotel. Vi blev upgraded til en junior suite som var meget stor med masser plads. Dejligt styort badeværelse I marmor med stort badekar. Morgen mad var virkelig lækker. God værdi for pengene.

Meget venligt og hjælpsom personale generelt. Morgenmaden udmærket, men mangler lige det sidste for et 5 stjernet hotel ( boede sidst på Steigenberger i Køln med en fantastisk morgenmad) men ellers et udmærket hotel med et par kilometer til Grand Place

Gør noget ved servicen for faciliteterne er fine!
Fantastiske faciliteter, værelser, morgenmadsbuffet, rengøring mv. Hotelejerne bør investerer i service. I receptionen bør personalet kunne tale engelsk eller tysk, i cafeen og baren bør gæsterne blive anvist bord eller blive modtaget med et venligt nik eller lignende. Hotelejerne bør investere i uddannelse, godt arbejdsmiljø eller lignende for personalet, således at de bliver mere imødekommende.

Luksushotel i Bruxelles
Et meget lækkert, komfortabelt og luksuriøst hotel i hjertet af bydelen Ixelles. Shopping rundt om hjørnet, metro udenfor døren og 15 minutters gang til centrum. Især i weekender og ferier kan man få lækre værelser til en rigtig god pris.

Wonderful hotel,-
We spent 4 nights in Steigenberger Hotel. The staff at the reception were very competent and friendly. We had a large room with a large bathroom,- the decor very tasteful. Wonderful beds. Water and coffee free of charge. Cafe/Brasseri/Bar Loui has a verity of food and exceptional drinks on their menu. We would recommend this hotel and would love to go back.

I know this Hitel when it was The Conrad. Great staff and service. Pool and fitness is not part of the hotel facility. You need to book prior. This was not communicated. Also 35 Euro for the usage. Breakfast staff are very youg and not much experinced. However great selection at Breakfast. Very resasonable price. I love the location and walking distance to everything. Room service is Top. Pictures shown of suites is not the same as you get. JR suites dont have 2 beds but 1 Bed and 1 Sofa Bed. We asked for A 2nd matress for the sofa bed to be comfortable.

This is a really nice hotel. However, the temperature control in the room was very problematic. The room was very hot and when we called the reception, the option we were given was to have a small fan or open the windows. These options did not seem to work, and the room was extremely hot Making a difficult difficult to sleep and rest.

Everything was perfect Only downside was being a 5 star property they don’t own their swimming pool They are doing partnership with some private club and that is only for adults. Including me I saw many people with families in the hotel and for kids a pool is a must. Other than that every one was super kind and lovely and helpful

After already paying quite a considerable amount for 2nights stay upon arrival we were told we had to pay an extra €200 deposit before we were allowed into the room. Nowhere this was stated on the website or before arriving. After the stress of booking in we get to the room to find the bathroom floor had a white chalk substance covered all over it so much it left a clean mark and a dirty finger when wiped. After paying so much we didnt want to be accused of any damage so we took pictures and documented; The person who stayed 2 days before their menu was still in the room and we hadn't been giving a new one, One phone didnt work, The bed frame was hanging off the wall so everytime you moved or sat down it bashed against the wall, The wallpaper had bubbled in places and was ready to fall off along with the many stains that looked like a damp cloth would of cleaned away, The bathroom mirror was lose and sink marble had terrible deep cracks all along and throughout, There was no heated towel rail or radiator to dry with with limited towels available, No bathroom mats just towels placed down making it very slippery, The leather was cracked and the chairs were dirty marked with stains. I do wonder if most of this would of been easily missed if it wasnt for the fear of losing a deposit over nothing. The security were such a pleasure to talk with always greeting us and giving us advice they really do make the hotel feel safe. Al staff were lovely.
