Good location, but staff not professional
Location is very good, very central. The room good size, but the cleaning and bed sheets were not acceptable. In the bathroom there were hair on floor, walls, shower and door from previous guest and there were large holes in the bed sheet. The staff were not welcoming and smiling, but their attitude were indifferent and lazy. The breakfast staff were disrespectful and didn't know how to communicate in English.

Unpleasant stay
Only most used surfaces like table, nighttable have been dusted/cleaned. Hallway, on our floor, had a foul smell, whih also came in the room. We experienced the staff at the reception each telling us different things. While we were inside the room, a cleaning lady unlocked the room and came inside, even though the note was put on the door not to disturb. Breakfast buffet was great with friendly and smiling staff.

Good place to stay for business trips
I had a good stay, The staff was friendly and breakfast was crowded but nice selection. The elevator was having some trouble with reading my card, which was a little annoying but all in all a good stay and very central location

Great location, very close to Grand Place, shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room, good bathroom. Check in and out very smooth. Bit of noise at night but nothing too bad and our room was at the front facing the square so to be expected. Good value for money.

Air conditioning is non-existent, brought this up with the front desk and they looked at me like I had three heads. When they came to the room to investigate he said it’s the same in all the rooms. So be aware there is no A/C, they shut off the compressors on the roof so the in room A/C only blows air. We had it set at 5° for three days, the room is so small it should have been as cold as a refrigerator but it was hotter than an oven.

The AC was turned off and they offered a small fan instead of just enabling the AC. The mattress was basically a comforter wrapped in a sheet. The area around the hotel was covered in litter and pickpockets. Breakfast was pretty good but not included so a short walk across the plaza found better.

Great value for the location. Very close to the train station and the grand place. We got a room facing the square in front of the hotel, offering a front row seat to all the actions and entertainment. It also gave us a nice view towards the tower. Windows thick enough to block off noises from the busy square. Room is spacious and clean. Overall great place to stay.

Very central... within easy walking distance of train and bus stations...plenty of restaurants and shops . Only thing was being at front of hotel it was very noisy early in the mornings. Apart from that a great stay .
