lækkert hotel, service i top. Det var mere lyt end der plejer at være på et Hilton hotel. Det ar støj ude fra, ikke noget der ændrede på nattesøvnen, vi har bare ikke oplevet det før. Hotellet lige uden for central station hvilket bare gjorde det lettere i forhold til transport til og fra lufthavnen

Too much graffiti on the hotel and outside area, not a very good 1st impression. Room was tired and needed updating, the carpet was stained, the coffee table had chips on the side and 1 of the blinds were broken. The communal areas were very nice, good bar and breakfast area.

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour le côté pratique. Nous n'avions pas d'attente(s) spécifique(s). Cependant, c'est un hôtel situé en plein centre et bien situé pour voir l'essentiel de la belle ville de Bruxelles. Vraiment, une belle ville. Cependant, notre appréciation envers la chaîne hôtelière descend avec les années. Nous voyageons beaucoup et ce n'est plus ce que c'était Hilton. Nous avons vécu une discrimination basée sur l'apparence par le personnel surveillant les entrées de l'hôtel. Si vous cherchez le côté pratique, oui, allez-y, mais pour le reste, c'est trop cher pour le service offert. Nous aurions aimé vanter le service, mais ce n'était pas le cas.

Overall, the hotel's location is convenient, but there are areas for improvement, particularly regarding room maintenance and amenities. The room we stayed in required updating, evident from issues such as a loose soap dish in the shower with an exposed screw. Additionally, we encountered an inconvenience with the lack of provided washcloths, necessitating requests to the maid service for replenishment. Unfortunately, even after room cleaning, the washcloths were not replaced, which was quite frustrating. However, I must commend Solomon for his exceptional service. Upon my wife's arrival during the tail end of breakfast service, he displayed remarkable hospitality and went above and beyond to assist us. His pleasant demeanor and accommodating attitude made a positive impact on our stay.

The hotel is not up to standard especially given that the prices are as high as some of the better hotels in the area. Upon arrival I was asked to walk to an atm to take out caah to leave as a deposit at front desk despite never having been asked this before at any hotel in the world. The room feels dirty and dated and the bathroom shower was rusty and felt unclean. The executive lounge is not worth the extra money it has barely anything to eat or drink with substandard coffee and recycled cheap popcorn and snacks with very little else. Very very disappointed
