Fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt direkte fra den store veranda. Hotellet præget af sin fantastiske historik. Maden tip-top. Eneste minus er ufattelig langsom og sløv servering på terrasse/veranda baren.

Loved the ability to take walks throughout the day with easy access to hikes and trails. Everything was serene and the staff were accommodating and friendly.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels in New England. It sits at the base of Mount Washington, and any time of the year. It is just beautiful. Proximity to outdoor activities like mountain, climbing, and hiking is phenomenal

Property was beautiful! Absolutely stunning! I would go back just for the peacefulness. With that being said, the rooms are outdated. TV was very old, small and positioned in a very weird spot. Granted we were not there for the TV so not a huge deal! But it was Hard to see if you were on the right side of the bed. Floors are very very creaky and uneven. The cleanliness was also not the greatest. There was hair in our bathroom and on the bedsheets. The windows had mildew, you can see they have not been opened or cleaned in a while. Soap was missing from our bathroom. We had to call the front desk to bring some up (which wasn’t a huge deal) but it took 4 phone calls and over 2 min of the phone ringing each time for someone to answer. The AC is a mini split, it’s positioned about 8ft on the wall and pointed directly on the bed. If you are a person who doesn’t like cold Air blowing on you while you sleep, it’s going to drive you nuts! It def did for me. Needless to say, it was a great property. Absolutely stunning but can definitely use some upgrading and maybe a little more attention to cleanliness.

I love the history of the hotel. I really liked how they have tried to preserve its original look and prestige. The grounds were nice for walking ang hiking although its a little chilly early morning this time of year. And as the weather gets warmer there will be so much more to do such as hiking golfing swimming fishing biking and other regional activities. I am considering a return although it is a bit pricey for my budget. All in all I'm glad to have stayed and did enjoy it.

Room service is not satisfied. We requested 3 times about additional towel for shower. Nobody sent it to our room. Breakfast is great. View is stunning.

Great atmosphere. The staff was friendly & helpful. The complex offered a lot of amenities and despite only 1 night to enjoy it, it was relaxing.

The hotel is really not being kept up. It’s very noisy, no bell service even offered. Way too many pets being walked around in the lobby. Very disappointed in our stay, it’s really going downhill.

On site florist for special occasions. Bought a dozen roes Paid for the presidenial suite which included a full breakfast in the club house room which you can only enter with room key however our key would not let us enter. So as we checked out we told the desk clerk and the reply was we needed to knock on the door. I feel this should have not happened. No appology and there no way we were going walk all the way back.

Majestic Grand Hotel! I visited in January to ski Bretton Woods. Restaurants in the hotel were very good. Daily transportation to and from ski resort. I was very surprised that at the end of my stay the hotel wanted to charge me for a 'convenience fee' for use of the courtesy van. When I questioned the front desk, they immediately removed the charge without any discussion. They do not have microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms but if you ask ahead of your stay, they will accommodate. A summer visit would be lovely. The spa looked great but I didn't use it.

Opened in 1902 the grandeur and beauty of this magnificent hotel has been honored and maintained. There are a number of restaurants and areas to enjoy your meals. We also were thrilled with this world class spa. Well worth making appointments during your stay at Mt Washington. Thank you Krista for the best facial I’ve ever received.

It is a respectable hotel with an aura of good old days. Three problems: menu in restaurant never change ; indoor pool is good only for little kids and outdoor pool has ridiculously difficult access and no locker room per se.

Very pleasant stay, staff we universally friendly and well trained. Pricies on the high side for food service and snacks, but othewise decent value. TV receptions was rather bad and unwatchable in our room.
