3 Star service in a 5 Star
Initial greeting was excellent with lovely friendly reception staff. Room was below average and in need of a refurbishment but adequate. Really disappointed with the Customer services, especially the Restaurant supervisor who was arrogant and unhelpful and couldn't be bothered to do his job and actually sent us to Guest relations to complain over an issue with allergy related matters. Things got even worse at Guest Relations where the "Assistant Manager" ended up arguing with us over providing soya or Almond milk. They did provide a carton of soya milk after the complaint but his whole attitude was arrogant and unhelpful. Communication was an issue in the hotel as only a handful of staff could speak English. Food was excellent, facilities good. Spa was good and staff friendly. Mini Market in hotel ok and even sold overpriced Electronic cigarettes in their mini market, even though they are ILLEGAL in Turkey 😉 We have travelled to lots of places around the world and stayed in many, many, 5 star hotels. Unfortunately, this hotel is a mere 3 star Hotel pretending to be a 5 Star hotel - mainly due to their customer services and unhelpful management team. I wouldn't be visiting there again, it's nothing more than Average.

The dining service was bad. The people at the water sport activities that are part of the hotel tried to trick me of playing 40€ for one hour, but actually allowed me to use the water ski only for 10 min.

Dans l’ensemble c’est un beau hôtel, avec tout à l’intérieur, on ne manque de rien. La nourriture est varier et bonne, le personnel très agréable. Les chambres sont jolie et propre par contre l’isolation est à revoir, on entendais tous. A coter de l’hôtel il n’y pas grand chose, le centre de bodrum est à 20 minutes en taxi… Dernier inconvénient, l’eau de la piscine était super froid. Je ne sais pas s’il y’avait un problème, mais l’eau de la mer était beaucoup plus chaude que la piscine.

Wir mussten bis 14 Uhr auf unsere Zimmer warten, obwohl uns gesagt wurde das wir unsere Zimmer zwischen 11-12 Uhrbekommen würden. Der Geund warum sich das so hinausgezögert hat, war dass die die Zimmer noch sauber machen. Die Zimmer waren nur aufgeräumt und auf den Boden sah man noch Dreck und Staub. Das Essen könnte man bisschen mehr mit liebe machen. Hab deswegen 2 Kilo abgenommen. Das Animation Team war hervorragend die haben sich jeden tag ( wenn es möglich war) zu uns hingesetzt und geredet. Grüße gehen raus an Ozyyy, Kübra, Esra und Hico.

Schulungen für die Rezeption NOTWENDIG
An der Rezeption kam es wiederholt zu Missverständnissen, woraufhin man den gezahlten Aufenthalt bzw. zusätzlich gebuchte Aufenthaltstage fast täglich legitimieren musste. Mangelnde Kompetenz oder einfach nur der verzweifelte Versuch weitere Betten kostenpflichtig in Rechnung zu stellen! Das Security Personal fragte meine Freundin auf Instagram nach einem Date -.- das muss jetzt nicht weiter kommentiert werden. Das Personal beim Essen, die Reinigungskräfte, die jungen Männer and der Handtuchausgabe und die Barmitarbeiter waren einfach nur herzlich, hilfsbereit und nett, absolute Stimmungsretter. Mit ihnen hat es einem an nichts gefehlt! Das Promotion Team insbesondere Emel, Damla und Hiko waren sensationell. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle.

This is an excellent place in terms of cleanliness, the quality of the food, distinct facilities, and amazing view of the sea. There are three things that need to be fixed tho: 1. Water sports without gas should be free as they are in many other resorts. 2. Both elevators should be remodeled. 3. More training should be provided to the personnel. Especially, the security staff only looks at things without doing anything. And some beach staff uses curse words while talking among each other. And finally, some restaurant staff talks behind other guests. All these three show that they need to be seriously trained!

Excellent facilities, friendly and welcoming staff
Nice customer service, very welcoming and helpful. Excellent location and amenities, so much to do in the resort without going out! Night bar staff are great, thank you for the hospitality.

Excellent Resort! I recommend it.
Excellent help at the front desk, checked us in, got our suitcases to the room. Room had a beautiful sea view on the balcony. They had very good all-you-can-eat food, free bar and good help in the restaurant. They served fish, lamb, pide, pizza, and other Turkish food. They had excellent desert table. Beautiful and clean beach and large clean pool. We liked the Turkish folk dances and belly dance entertainment at night. I just wished a little less nationalistic propaganda in an art show like that. I don't think Russian guest appreciated it.

Very decent resort!
It reflects exactly what you see and expect from the photos. It is a true 4 star resort, with decent food and service. Great amenities and beachfront location. The rooms are slightly outdated but you don’t spend much time in the room anyways. Beautiful views! Overall great value for your money.
