"Wonderful. Pigeon Forge is a busy place. Lots of flashing lights and noise. Staff was friendly. The room was large and QUIET! Nice two seater couch and table. Great air conditioner. We did not use the fireplace. The beds were a bit firm for me,but in good shape and the room was clean. The balcony over the river was so very peaceful. We didn't make.it down in time for breakfast but there was fresh coffee all day. On the down side, low water pressure in the shower but good hot water. Would...

"Very cozy old style motel. Single story with chairs and tables outside the rooms. Clean as a pin. Super nice and helpful staff. They have a great fire pit. 24hour store right next to the place for any of your needs. The place to be in Franklin."

The pool area looked great—but later in the evenings it does get quite noisy just keep in mind if your room is nearby. Breakfast is good but they could change it up a bit —instead of sausage all the time maybe ham or bacon, pancake or waffle maker wud be good too! "
