"We were attracted by the 4 bed/4 bath combination as the price per person/per night for a business trip was so much less expensive than a hotel offering, plus communal space and catering facilities included. We weren't disappointed. The house was very clean, airy and well furnished. The host was welcoming and accommodating. Location was great - in a quiet community but also close to the bustle of Beverly Hills. Highly recommend."

The view from the balcony was AMAZING - my son and I sat out there for about 2 hours just chatting and admiring the view of downtown LA as well as the hollywood hills themselves. Location? GREAT! But what put it a step above was the host. Sam was so nice, super communicator, gave awesome recommendations on where to eat, replied to messages super quickly. We really enjoyed it."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The beds are very comfortable and so is the sofa. The space is very beautiful and the location is amazing! The kitchen has just about everything you need. The coffee pot is small, if you have a lot of coffee drinkers like we did plan on making several pots. There is parking for 2 or 3 cars which is wonderful in this neighborhood. We didn't do any laundry, but there is a new washer & dryer. All the appliances are great. Seems like they are still...

"Extremely dirty. Not well maintained. Cobwebs. Spills and sticky messes all over the floor. Missing and broken blinds, dirty kitchen utensils and towels, back door was broken and hard to lock. No paper towels, dirty beds. It says you can bring a pet…. I wouldn’t bring my pet to this house.. there is no grass."

"Room apperance a bit dodgy and worn…. With lightbulb hanging in the wires from the ceiling… However ok for a short stay. At arrival Reception recommended parking service outside the entrance, as they said parking was limited and difficult in this area… This showed to be heavily overpriced…. 84usd for two nights…. DON’T DO THAT… Public parking in the same parking house is 16usd / night… and 200m down the road 12usd / night…. Strange that the hotel reception don’t mention these...
