Alt var i top - lige med undtagelse af, at en eller anden fra 2015-2130 åbenbart var i færd med noget vedligehold, som indebar brug af hammer igen og igen og igen. Super-lækkert hotel. Nemt at komme til Terminal 2 vha. hotel transfer. Bruges denne løsning bliver man sat af i VIP-området.

Great airport hotel. Took a little finding as it wasn’t a walk from Terminal 2 (you need to get the shuttle bus to Terminal 1 and then walk from there). Very impressive main areas and welcoming staff. Rooms are functional rather than extravagant but still more than adequate for a transit stay. Dinner included in our room rate was much better than we hoped. A very comprehensive buffet of Indian and Western dishes. Complimentary drop off at T2 for our early morning flight was very welcome. Would definitely return if transiting through Bangalore.

Ease of access can walk to the hotel, layout of hotel is excellent and very clean. Staff were very polite and friendly. Room was in immaculate condition. Good choice of restaurants and hotel also provide shuttle including check in assistance. Would definitely go again. Restaurant manager and his staff were excellent. No negative feedback at all.

The property is well maintained although the room furniture do show some wear and tear. Staff was excellent in service and hospitality. Although the hotel is so close to the airport it is surprising that it does not have a complimentary airport shuttle to transport guests. The transport to airport needs to be prearranged at a cost. It would be ideal to take in the arrival and departure time of the guests in order to run minimal airport shuttle rides if saving cost is what is stopping from making it available.

Well Above Expectations!
The Taj was outstanding in all regards, a wonderful experience. What I liked about the Taj: Check in was excellent, fast and without being a loyalty member the front desk upgraded me to the club floor which was quite appreciated. Thank you Ashik for a five star check in experience. The room was perfect, just everything in place, working and beautifully appointed. The amenities were first class and the window view of Terminal 1 was quite impressive. The soundproofing was excellent, no noise from inside or outside the room. Shower was great, bed super comfortable. Room service was fast and with a smile. The food was fine, I ordered a couple of western type meals which could have been more dialed into the western style (such as what you would get with Hilton or Marriott) but were more of an Indian and awkward dish (such as the burger and club sandwich, weird but passable ) The pizza was perfect and as ordered, crispy and easy on the cheese. The swimming pool was really well done considering it is at the airport location, surrounded with landscaping and several choices to sun and relax. The water was crisp and clean and the right temperature, a nice job on the pool. The only issue I had was the airport transfer from Terminal 2. No signs or clear instructions either at the airport arrival area or on the website. It just was not clear and airport information did not have a clue how to get to the hotel for the most part. Nice hotel used as a stop over before heading to Delhi. Check in process was a bit long winded and they didn’t recognise the hotel.com booking.

I appreciated the hotel overall and service was great. I had however looked forward to spending some relaxing time by the pool before my flight home, and was disappointed to find it closed as early as 8pm and didn't open until 8am - very short for an airport hotel especially, where it might be more common to stay for a single night.

The location was very convenient and for an airport hotel the facilities and service were excellent. All staff were very helpful and considerate and excelled themselves. Ananya Bose was particularly attentive and made us feel very welcome.
