"The pictures don’t lie. Very dated hotel, bulky old furniture, old bathrooms. I stayed there with colleagues so did not choose it myself and will not go back. The breakfast was reasonable, but had terrible service one morrning. We waited 25 minutes for coffe (asked for it 3 times), and the guy serving had no clue what he was doing. On the positive side the staff in the reception was very friendly and serviceminded. And the gym is quite nice. "

"Hotellet ligger rigtig godt for et besøg i San Francisco og Fishermanns Warf. Hotellet byder ikke på den store udsigt, men hvad betyder det, når man med et par hundrede meter til fods er ved kajen og kan opleve hele den fest, der er på Fishermanns Warf med restauranter, butikker, gøglere, gademusik og søløverne på kaj 39. "The hotel is really nice and we can recommend it, but we had our two year old with us and we would not recommend the hotel if you have a young child or a baby with you. For instance, we wanted to make a snack for a two year old and we were unable to borrow a knife from the restaurant because it’s not associated with the hotel, even though it’s located within the hotel, and the hotel wasn’t able to provide us with a knife neither because they do not have a restaurant.
