It was a great stay. Very nice people and good service especially from Emmanuel the guy in the reception. Amazing breakfast and very good place. I can highly recommend this place.

Lækkert hotel, god morgenmad og venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Dejlig poolområde. Eneste minus er beliggenhed (en time fra Ramblaen i metro) og meget larm fra motorvejen

Breakfast staff could be more serviceminded. Too slow to fill up and coffee machines too slow. The rooms need to be mordernized, specially the toilet zink.

Har boet på hotellet før, og har kun positivt at sige om stedet, både personale og og værelser. Dejligt sted hvis man vil til Barcelona og ikke lige vil bo midt i alt myldret.

Very poor service
Hotel as such is fine. But the hotel was very full and the management forgot to ramp up on the staff. That led to that there constantly were a waiting line for the one very stressed person in the reception that due to this fact was not very helpfull. In the bar you had to wait long time and in the pool (that for sure were too small for all the people) there were only one ladder to get in or out of the water. Novotel has a very fine program where its possible to say no thx to cleaning and insted give money to Heart children. We signed up but what they didnt say was that there would be no garbage taken for the room or fill up with simple things as soap or toilet paper. To get this we had to spend ours in line for the reception and only 2 times in aweek we managed to get garbage taken from the room. I would not stay there again

Fint opholdt
Værelset er små når man er 2 voksne og 2 børn, der er ikke optimalt. Poolen er også for lille i forhold til hvor stort hotellet er. Morgenmaden er super. Togstation er kun 5-6 min gå gang

Skøn overnatning på et dejlig Hotel nær lufthavnen. Lækkert mad og fod service på hotellet . Eneste minus er at det koster 2 euro at få receptionisten til at bestille en taxa.

Et dejligt hotel med kort afstand til lufthavn. En lækker ren pool samt god restautant. Funky udsmykning i restaurant området. Venligt og hjælpsomligt personale.

This is Novotel international hotel and I wasn’t expecting the dirty entrance with cigarettes ashes, cigaret’s filters, candies and screaming children all over the hotel!!! I give this property 2- 3 stars!

Great stay! Excellent food right at the property. Good bar plenty for kids to do during a short stay. Very clean. Rooms were small (by American standards) but very comfortable mattresses and great water pressure! Would stay again

We stayed 2 nights after our cruise and service was excellent. Greeted upon arrival and able to safely store our luggage until our rooms were ready. Comfortable clean room that faced the pool. I liked that there was no carpet in the hotel rooms. Beautiful property and taxi stop right outside the front. Sat outside by the pool with a glass of wine in the evening under twinkling lights. Beautiful setting. A fantastic shopping mall is a 20 minute walk down the street with an assortment of restaurants. Stores closed Sundays but restaurants are open. A convenience store across the street. A wonderful place to stay to unwind and relax before heading home from a cruise. Highly recommend!

The hotel was fine but very run-down and the area around is very poor with limited transport options to the centre. The staff were quite rude when we ordered room service, I have never seen such terrible food arrive that was supposed to be patatas bravas & croquettas for €26! It was inedible and the staff tried to convince us the potatoes were blue & not burnt and still did not offer us any better alternative. Save your money and stay elsewhere!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Not a very inviting reception, 2 staff members sitting at a table in the lounge, can be difficult to know they are even staff. We also weren't made aware that during our stay the pool would be closed due to maintenance, this facility was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Other than that it was good
