Great location and nice room with balcony. However, the ventilation in the bathroom was very bad and the two pillows were not a good fit for me.

Godt hotel i centrum
Rigtigt godt hotel beliggende lige i hjertet af Barcelona. Næsten alt i gåafstand. Metroen 2 minutter væk, og stationen er et knudepunkt. Morgenmad på hotellet er glimrende med et godt udvalg. Wifi er hurtigt og stabilt. Værelset var flot og rent.

el hotel en general está muy bien, su ubicación es súper buena y el desayuno delicioso. el único detalle es que olvide una medicina en el hotel y en cuanto me di cuenta, a las horas, hablé para ver si me las podían guardar y me dijeron que no guardan ese tipo de cosas, que ya las habían tirado a la basura, lo que se me hace súper mal ya que es un medicamento y el huésped obvio va a hablar para pedirlo de vuelta.

The hotel have an excellent location, also very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and very nice. The only issue was that the window view is blocked by some metal architecture on the front of the building, if you advertise and sale a view option, you should give the benefit of the view.

The Hotel Royal Passeig de Gracia is in an excellent location set amongst the best high end brand name boutiques for shopping in all of Spain and with their rooftop restaurant and bar, you have convenient dining and entertainment options right there with a bonus view of the Sagrada Familia while you sip your cocktails.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Parking of the facility is awesome. The staff were excellent checking in/out was easy. There was only one big problem that i can mention is the elevators. One of them was out of order and the other one was not able to meet the demand. We had to wait at the parking lot for about 20 mins. (Couldnt take the stairs with loads of bags) on a rainy day. Every time an elevator came there was people inside so we couldnt use…

It is a convenient location to major attractions, restaurants and shopping centers. Very friendly staff. What we did not like is everything is so tiny. Poor designed bath room, no single hook for clothes, stupid glass wall with no privacy. There is no door in the shower and water splash everywhere. Not much natural light in the room and there is almost no window. Noise at night from the bar on the roof top. Very annoying. No stairs and we had to use the slow elevators. Need to upgrade the room facility for sure.

Had the best time
Outstanding customer service, rooms cleaned to high standard daily, hotel staff very attentive to make sure you have the best time in Barcelona. Would stay here again.

The staff was amazing and the friendliest we encountered on our trip to Barcelona. We enjoyed the morning chats when they asked about our daily agendas. When we needed a cab, the staff was prompt to order it. If I were to return to Barcelona, there would be no doubt that I would rebook this hotel. Everyone was outstanding!!!!
