Thank you very much for choosing us for your stay in Barcelona. We are happy to see that in general you had a nice stay. Please note we are informing in all websites about the closure of our roof top facilities during low season, in order to advice our future guests about it. We really apologize for the inconveniences of cleanning service. Our cleaning staff is in service until 16h in order to make the service throroughly, and we would be very pleased to advise the cleanning staff about your need to clean the room before so you could have rested when returning in the afternoon. We sincerely hope you will give us a second chanceto offer you the best experience and enjoy the roof top facilties
