Ok hotel and location
Ok located hotel on soi 15 sukhumvit road. The breakfast is average and especially they need to improve their offerings as it was limited. Bread toaster not working properly hence you had to put the bread through 4 times before roasted properly. The rooms have no sights and no balcony either and internal walls and furniture need refurbishment. Overall an average hotel.

Bookede et værelse for en voksen og to børn inkl. morgenmad. Så går man ud fra, at der er morgenmad for alle, når ikke andet er oplyst. Der var morgenmad til én person inkluderet så skulle give 675 baht for morgenmad til to børn og fik endda halv pris på det ene barn. Så det var dårlig stil. Ikke så meget pengene, men mere princippet og man føler sig snydt.

The staff at the Movenpick were so kind to us and helpful with all of our requests. We loved the pool, the chocolate hour, and the clean room. If I had one small issue it was that our key cards kept deactivating, making us need to ask for help with getting in the room several times - I'd suggest the hotel looks into getting this fixed. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay. Very grateful to the staff for their hard work and the great job they do.

The staff at check-in are inattentive. I checked in earlier than other guests. The staff had to make me wait. I was only given the card after I informed them and then had to wait another 15 minutes before they responded straight away.

Upon checking our room over we noticed that the shower was full of mold. 30 minutes later we were given another room which wasn’t much better. This is our 3rd stay with this property for a total of 8 nights during our recent trip to Thailand. It seems that the tower where you check in is much cleaner than the 2nd tower. I would consider this a 3-4 star due to the lack of cleanliness. Other than that the staff was great.

Toilet wldnt flush properly air con vent was extremely noisy and even on lowwasblasting straight towards tge bed. It was so strong you could see the tissue paper flapping in the wind. Everything was good except for the shower. The water temperature wasn't stable and it became too hot all of sudden and cold after at multiple intervals so it was really hard to have a proper show as i had to avoid the extreme hot water.

This property felt grubby. The hallways stunk of cigarette smoke even though its supposed to be non-smoking. The room was not clean. Hair in the bathtub. I found the staff unhelpful. The lobby is nice but that's about it. I wouldn't say this is a 5 star hotel. 3 at best. Book the Amari instead.

Location is a bit far to walk to Terminal 21. Hotel does provide transport to T21 if you can wait for the next available. I felt breakfast spread is catered more for guests from India and middle east. Cafe latte taste can be improved. Overall I am happy with the stay at this hotel.

아속역 나나역과 가깝고 호텔 주변은 조용하며 수영장도 나름 괜찮았음. 그런데 모기가 너무 많았고, 호텔시설이 낡아서 드라이어 상태나 세면대 캡 상태가 안좋아서 불편함이 있었음. 조식은 가짓수는 많지만 먹을게 별로 없어서 그저그랬음.

5つ星ホテルなので一通りの設備とサービスは整っています。立地は多少不便ですが、リゾート感が気に入り選びました。ホテルからワンウェイのトゥクトゥクのシャトルがあります。 今回はエグゼクティブラウンジが利用できる部屋に泊まり、アーリーチェックイン可能だったので予約時に入力した時間に行きましたが、満室なので対応できないとのこと。それなら前もって連絡するべきだと思いました。また、カードキーがチェックアウト前日に突然使えなくなり、屋上プールから部屋に戻れなく大変困りました。寒い思いをして濡れたままフロントへ行き確認してもらうと、1日早いチェックアウトの設定になっていてキーが無効になっていたとのこと… スタッフは堅くなくフレンドリーです。 屋上プールやバーも雰囲気が良く、よかったです。

급하게 간 여행이라 방콕에 대한 정보가 아예 없어서 솔직히 잘 알아보지 못하고 예약했는데...뜻밖에 좋았어요 가격대비요.사람들도 친절하고 호텔도 깨끗 수영은 안했지만 수영장도 좋더라구요 아속까지 걸어서 10분인데 걸어다닐만 했어요 터미널21가서 밥도 먹구요~초코뷔페도 무료로 즐기구요
