"So,keep in mind that we were just stopping over for the night and thought it be fun to stay the night on a houseboat with the kids on our way to the next part of our trip. We did not realize that this was a fishing area and found it very smelly! Now, if you are an avid fisherman or fisherwoman, then you probably wouldn’t have a problem with it. The place was fine, I would say it’s more like camping in an RV. We enjoy seeing the key deer and iguana…it was the highlight of our stay."

"The location of the property was great and we saw the key deer on property and nearby. The room and bathroom were very nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable. The beach front area had some trash that needed to be picked up and the home could use some landscaping. We did not stay for the continental breakfast so can not speak to that. Check in was a little challenging; I did not receive the e-mail day before check-in that I was expecting but did receive a phone call. However,...

"Property was too close to the highway to enjoy the view/balcony. Also at 10:00 we were told to leave NOW as the cleaning crew was coming. Or there would be a charge for every two minutes that they had to wait outside. Even though check out was 11:00 AM. Definitely won't be staying there again! "

"Our stay was great! The description is accurate. We enjoyed our 6 Mid-March days at "Cozy Perfect Conch Cottage." Yes, it's technically camping, but it's very NICE camping...in a campground...but a very NICE campground. The bed we used (there were only 2 of us) was super comfortable. The WiFi worked great. It was awesome having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The towels were plentiful, soft and luxurious. Linens were also very soft and comfortable. Everything needed for basic cooking was...

"If you don’t need a water view this compound is perfect for what I needed. Very well maintained grounds with brick pavers on all driveways and courtyards. I stayed in a one bedroom with kitchenette with ample areas for my small boat. I will be back."

"We started our trip by spending two nights in key west but also wanted to spend in a less populated are to experience the more nature oriented part of the keys. The RV was clean and convenient to the overseas highway and the National Key Deer Refuge. There were no problems with our stay."

"Lynn was an excellent host. Very quick to respond to any questions you may have. The check in process with the resort leaves a lot to be desired. Security is not friendly nor very helpful. The neighbors we interacted with were very friendly. "
