Great hotel with excellent breakfast and location
Perfekt location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast! Dont stay in rooms on 1st floor right under the restaurant/kitchen as there is a lot of noise almost all night from there! We got one of those rooms, but when we asked for another room, we got one without any problem!

Good location in the center of Aqaba. Clean room and comfortable bed that has enough cushion to absorb the hips and shoulders. Sanad at reception stood out. He is incredibly polite, friendly and helpful, not because it's his job, but because that is his natural personality. He is one of the most genuine people I've encountered in a hotel. Lacosta Hotel is lucky to have him. The interior of the hotel is noisy from fellow guests, (and an amateur football team?) Sounds echo through the hallways. And the guests in the adjacent room smoked, and left the door open so the hall smelled of smoke. And smoke came through the ventilation system into my room throughout the day and night. It would be better if smoking and non-smoking rooms were on separate floors. Breakfast was good and had a good variety of options.

Lokasyonu çok iyi, otel temiz, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ilgili, kahvaltı çok seçenekli ve güzel. Merkezde fiyat performans olarak kalınabilecek bir hotel.herkese tavsiye ederim.

Reception was kind and helpful. Well located in the center. Breakfast has wide variety and is satisfying. Only one thing to improve, the drain in the shower room should be repaired not to cause a flood.

Nel complesso non è male, perchè si trova in centro con tutte le comodità a portata di mano, personale alla reception molto collaborativo e simpatico. Quello di cui mi è piaciuto di meno era la colazione non troppo continentale con poca scelta del salato e abbastanza speziato. la tv non aveva un solo canale italiano e per finire quando ho prenotato ho letto da qualhe parte che parlavano anche italiano,invece non era vero.

A great surprise arriving at this hotels, it is much nicer than the pictures show. A super nice and fresh breakfast area, a little pastry shop in the lobby and wonderfull staff all around. The only problem was that we only stayed one night.

Looks good but don’t look too closely
On the surface it looks clean but it isn’t. The bath doesn’t drain so you are showering in water. Things are broken, NO fruit at breakfast, poor service, rubbish lying around, squealing kids running up and down the hallway on our floor for hours, on and off all afternoon and until midnight.

Nous avons passé 1 nuit dans cet hôtel. Nous avons eu un belle grande chambre propre. Le personnel est serviable mais le service était juste un peu plus compliqué au petit déjeuner. Très bon buffet. Localisation parfaite en plein centre. Cependant, prix un peu trop élevé pour un hôtel sans piscine et sans parking

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff
We stayed in the hotel for one night. The hotel is in the city center. A short walk to the market and restaurants. There is also a variety of restaurants under the hotel. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are very quiet, clean and functional. The staff is very courteous, smiling and trying to help with everything. Breakfast was good and varied. Very good value for money. No doubt we will return

SEAFOOD NIGHT NICHT empfehlenswert! Für 17JOD bekommt man nur so basic food über und wenn man einen Fisch möchte oder vom Grill was, zahlt man EXTRA 10JOD! Preis leistung -> FAIL! Achtung, Hotel hat keinen eigenen POOL. Sie bieten alternativen an gegeben einen Aufpreis! Sonst ist alles tip top. Einfach die zwei Stolperfallen beachten ;) cheers

Fantastisch
Mooi, nieuw en schoon hotel. Het ontbijt is fantastisch. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Je auto kan je voor het hotel parkeren, er is bewaking. En het is midden in het centrum, je staat gelijk in een leuk straatje met restaurants en winkels. Voor 10 jod kan je met de bus naar Berenice beach.

Great spot at a good price.

Hôtel central et parfait pour séjourner à Aqaba
Hôtel très bien situé, proche des commerces et restaurants, mais calme bien que dans un endroit animé. Plage à 300m. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, très lumineuse. Petit déjeuner buffet excellent et varié. Les buffets du soir sont à prix très intéressant, surtout le buffet poisson du jeudi soir. WiFi correct. Accueil souriant. Places de parking limitées devant l'hôtel. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Accommodatie was prima. De teleurstelling was alleen groot toen wij bij aanmkomst ontdekte dat er geen buitenbad aanwezig is twrwijl dit wel duidelijk staat omschreven op de site van Expedia. Hierdoor eeen duur alternatief moeten zoeken. Expedia neemt geen enkeke verantwoordelijkheid hiervoor. Met het hotel is niets mis , met Expedia des te meer.
