"We were given a very friendly welcome by Jerome who let us into the building and to our studio apartment as well as explaining everything and giving directions to the city attractions. The room was spotless and had a great shower. It was ideally located across from one of the old city gates and was about a 10min walk into the main attractions. "Great hotel just outside the historic center. 10-15 min walk to the center. Coffee just around the corner. Room was clean and in very good condition. Would recommend this to everyone"

"Hi Astoria - it was not a very pleasant stay at your hotel. I don't think you can call the room deluxe. Aircondition wasn't on when we arrived. We couldn't make it work probably, it didn't cool that much. The smell in the room was not nice. The service was bad. It was hard to get the door code to work. The wifi didn't work, the password to it was not accepted . As it did not do for some other guests as well. I which we had booked another hotel"

The location at Placa Maggiore couldn’t be better, the room was perfectly clean and beautiful decorated and the communication with Latizia, who organizes the place was great. "It was a unique property in a very central location. Great bed and bathroom. I missed not having a separate breakfast room where we could have coffee and a pastry. Our window also backed onto a walkway and while they did a nice job making it private, it was quite noisy that weekend during the springfest. Not soundproof."

"Our stay was wonderful! It was clean and comfortable. Manouilla was delightful and gave us background about the building and family. It was decorated with many antiques and heirlooms. She also went out of her way to make us comfortable and even gave suggestions for places to eat, and directions to our tour. Lovely overnight stay!"

"Hyggeligt sted men det en stor hjælp at kunne italiensk da det eneste der tales på stedet. Information på værelset osv. var også kun på italiensk. Det er ikke muligt at kontakte stedet inden ankomst som beskrevet i rejsevejledningen med mindre man kan sproget. Vi fandt nøglen i en postkasse ved døren og fik derfra selv tjekket ind uden yderligere problemer. Restauranten med den inkluderede morgenmad lykkedes det os ikke at finder under vores ophold. Der var mulighed for at lave kaffe mm. på...
