We arrived to the property and immediately were caught off guard with the amount of trash in front of the property (three garbage cans overflowing with trash everywhere). "Overall, I had a wonderful stay. I plan to rent from this renter the next time I am in town. This is just an FYI if my issue happens to someone else. Please contact the renter right away with any issues. The only issue was the 1st night I arrived at 11:30 pm. The orginal apartment that I rented wasn't cleaned. We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor space which has a comfortable patio situated around a fire pit. The screened in porch was perfect for nighttime card games and cocktails. "Great location! We went to horse races at Keeneland on Saturday (about 40 minute drive) and hiked East Pinnacle in Berea College Forest on Sunday (about 20 minute drive). Beautiful and so much fun! House was spotless and included all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive to all my questions; provided lots of tips on dining options in area. EKU is just a block away! Beautiful campus to take a walk."
