Like the location,staff were very good, customer service was awesome,what I don't like the room the front door and the back door to the bathroom it seems like it lock from outside, the bathroom is open on the top not fully cover anybody can climb up and looked in while showering and in toilet,the curtains all around the room were not completely close is about and inch between one curtain to another curtain anyone can stand outside looked in while changing or resting and it feels unsafe we booked for 3 night me and my husband decided to leave the hotel after 1 night and look for somewhere safe...

Talofa lava Ulielo,We are sorry to hear that felt unsafe and had to leave our premises early. We do advertise our rooms as having an indoor/outdoor bathroom with photos showing this. The reason we say it is an indoor/outdoor is because it is ONLY ACCESSIBLE FROM THE INSIDE OF THE ROOM and it just gives a feeling of showering outside under the stars but is fully surrounded by a very tall rock wall. The property is also fully fenced. The front door as you enter is locked automatically when closed and cannot be opened from the outside unless you have a key but is easily opened from the inside, it also has a security lock inside for use if you would like the extra security. The back door that you use to enter the bathroom from the room has a lock for those who are using the shower or toilet so no one from the room is just walking in however can easily be opened with a butter knife from inside the room incase you have children that accidentally lock themselves in the bathroom. There is also a lock on the inside of the bathroom door should you need the extra security when you are about to sleep. For the curtains, thank you for bringing this up that it is an issue for you and may be a possible issue for other guests- we will work on having curtains that overlap. Hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Samoa.

My daughter booked this hotel for us. We appreciated the service, and the size of our hotel room. The AC unit had malfunctioned and this was quickly rectified. We saw new AC unit's were being installed in diff rooms. A beautiful small hotel away from the jungle of Apia. We would be happy to return and stay at Lemanumea again. Remember to bring your own toiletries such as Soap, shampoo and conditioner as the hotel doesnt supply this. We bought our own so this wasnt a problem. We requested extra towels and was always received well. 10/10 for the service from the Staff.

Enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is small, cosy & rooms are spacious with a beautiful outdoor bathroom/toilet. We had an issue with our AC. This was quickly rectified and we were given another room. Not a biggie. The parking area is small. Again not a biggie as there is space external from the site to park. Loved the service from the Staff. They were friendly, warm, attentive and helpful! Highly recommend this spot for families (big and small) and couples! Thank you so much for a great and enjoyable stay!!!

The dogs around the property was very concerning especially when you’re afraid of dogs and travelling alone and at night

Much apologies Valelia, we have reported the dogs many times as they are the surrounding neighbors dogs. They walk around looking for food and have never harmed any guests however we also do not want them around the property. We will try to get it sorted asap. Other than that, I do hope you enjoyed your stay with us :)

Such a cute hidden hotel. Booked it last minute and the room was a perfect size for us and our 2 kids. It's not as big as the other hotels we stayed at on our trip but defs one of our faves. The feel of it and the ambience was so beautiful. We look forward to booking it again on our next trip

I travelled with 2 children under the age of 5, hotel is surrounded not too close to shops. Drive to Apia is less than 5/8 minutes away. The hotel is very spacious and nice. My only thing I did want was an actually bathroom and not one that was outside, again it is for the experience of being in Samoa so it was a nice feel of it. Breakfast was not incl when booking it was purchased with our own koney. Overall, nice hotel could do a little work and upgrading for the amount you pay. Otherwise, staff were wonderful and helpful.

Genuinely friendly with spacious rooms!!!
Really accommodating staff that went beyond to help me when I was left with nowhere to stay after arriving on the island that day with kids and finding out the accommodation we booked at the Sheraton in town was canceled because it was closed for renovations! I was shocked. Anyway my other family were staying at Le M and shared my situation. Luna was so supportive and I am so grateful she managed to find us space for our whole time there. The staff are so friendly and pool was awesome as it was really deep. Entertainment at Fiafia night was a delight and the kids loved the fire dance. Pancakes for breakfast a win and large rooms makes it bliss with kids. Beds were comfortable and nice to have your own small kitchen. Tip is to turn off the air con at night and keep fan on, this made it a nice temp to sleep. I felt safe and secure with our belongings as other family staying elsewhere at the more flasher places have had things go missing. Also easy to get to town. Good to have a shop and laundromat across the street and easy to get a taxi. Car park good and the place is really pretty at night. We were able to have visitors come round and hang out and have a swim with us which was great. One thing I might suggest for improvement is lighting in the rooms are not bright enough. Overall affordable and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay.

The location is handy to town and therefore dining options. The air conditioning in the room was really effective and made for a comfortable sleep. Nice little kitchenette in the room and really good quality for the price overall. Main negative for us was that the bottom of the swimming pool was not clean so we did not swim whilst there at all, which was disappointing with a child. Also the room had a strong paint smell but that would of course fade over time as had just been painted.

We apologize for our swimming pool, we have had some tiles missing and it has been a mission trying to find an underwater glue that holds the tiles in place without emptying the pool. We also had some work done in July building the rooftop deck and the welding of the rails has created a yellow dirty look on the tiles that we also cannot remove. Please know that it is not dirt but is the result of the welding sparks that have stained the tiles.And yes much apologies for the fresh paint smell as you were the first guests occupying that room after a fresh coat of paint.We do hope to host you again in the future and really hope that by we have found a way to fix our tiles in the pool by then :)

The restaurant was not available for meals when required you had to leave the premises to buy elsewhere, dog and cat faeces everywhere that can’t be helped, the TV channels are terrible no signals no WIFI - the microwave doesn’t work lucky we booked 2 rooms, no hot water in my mums unit, if you run out of soap and toilet paper you have to buy elsewhere yourself as there were NO STAFF to be found on the premises to ask for help. Parking first in first serve otherwise you’re stuck outside the gate with your rental, no security. The only best thing is the FIAFIA NIGHT but the food was average not as good as expected Samoan Cuisine being a first time coming into the country. So unsatisfactory.

Talofa lava Vivienne,Much apologies, we have been short staffed since the borders have re-opened as a lot of our people have left our shores to work overseas. Most businesses in Samoa are facing the same problem and suffering trying to find staff. At the moment we only open for breakfast on Sundays and the restaurant/bar close the rest of the day so most likely this is when you were to find NO STAFF. However, housekeeping should have been around to service your room and restock supplies. Again, apologies that you did not enjoy your first experience and we do hope to host you again in the future and do better.

Location is great. Room was alright, bedding was old, could do with new sheets, blankets, pillows were too hard tv wasnt working, very hard to catch taxi at night, no taxi contact details. Staff were friendly.

Stop selling non refundable hotel/motel rooms!!!
Hotel.com needs to stop making non-refundable hotel sites available in this uncertain covid climate. You are capitalising off this situation when we are not clear when countries are going to open their borders. BE LIKE AIR BNB

Rooms were always clean, pool needs a bit of tlc and a fix up, some bricks are movable and tiles inside pool are broken. Overall a very pleasant stay, Definitely will be back here again!

We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us :) We are in the middle of trying different products to see which will allow us to replace the tiles without emptying the pool as we heard once you empty the pool so many more problems arise. Hopefully we have addressed this issue before your next stay :)
