Dejligt ophold
Skønt hotel, som havde alt hvad der var brug for, for vores familie👌 Dejlige forhold, flot værelse, lækker mad, is ved stranden, opvarmet pool ude og inde. Vi var der i starten af november, hvor de til sidst ikke havde slush ice mere (hvilket er forståeligt når der ikke er så mange gæster), men det havde været lækkert bare at have det et sted til børnene.

Fantastic hotel with great food and great pool area for children. There are many people, but very nice hotel and the staff is very helpfull when you need something.

SKUFFENDE!!!!
Ufatteligt dårlig service af samtlige personale, lige siden vi trådte ind af receptionen til vi forlod hotellet 9 dage efter. Kun få af de mange hundrede ansatte kunne tale engelsk. De havde overbooket hotellet, så der var folk overalt, svært at finde solsenge medmindre man skulle stå op kl 5 om morgenen for at reservere. Svært at finde bord til sig selv sin familie på restauranten pga alt alt for mange mennesker på samme tid, vi var nød til at splitte os op og sidde på forskellige borde hvergang vi skulle spise pga pladsmangel. Alt for meget støj på gangene især i de sene nattetimer, vi havde et lille barn med som blev vækket af larmen flere nætter i træk. Alt i alt et utroligt dårligt hotel som på ingen måde kan anbefales til denne pris og kan på ingen måde forstå hvordan de er blevet ratet så højt, minder mere om et dårligt 4 stjernet hotel. Kommer aldrig til at bo der igen.

Impressive hotel with poor sound isolation
Huge hotel with the largest pool I've ever seen. The rooms had bad sound isolation why we changed hotel. The staff were unable to help with any questions about anything outside of the resort - this being transport/ transfer, things to see.

Vi havde et rigtig fint ophold på Swandor. Alt fungerede, og der var rigtig fin service. Det trak lidt ned at En stor del af staff var meget begrænset i at kunne tale engelsk.

Fint hotel
Venlig og hjælpsom personale. Gode animationer både for voksne og børn. Rigtig god mad og drikke. Super service med alt. Hotellet var dog fyldt med unge fodboldsspillere som fyldte ret meget. Der var kø hele tiden med maden, de larmede og bandede og forstyrrede enlige kvindelige turister ved at prøve at score dem. Hotellet og spillernes ledere gjorde intet.

Property has very good facilities and kids entertainment setup. Plenty of dining options with amazing buffets and drinks. Steam, Sauna and Hamam bath facilities are also nice. Few things around cleanliness can be improved, flies were found on fruits during break fast and Lunch times. Paper tea cups in rooms in such a big resort was not expected. No special day arrangements for guests. My daughter had her fifth birthday during the stay. I reached out to dining staff for arranging a small cake but they denied. Most of the staff cannot speak English, which becomes a problem sometimes. Overall but the resort is very nice.

What a Great stay! We got a great deal with expedia booking online and when we arrived we were told we also had a free room upgrade, which was a lovely bonus! we were greated with champagne and a few treats at the door and then given all the information we needed for our stay by two very helpful women Laura and Ebru It was a very beautiful hotel with many great facillities, great bars, an amazing private beach and loads of pools! It had a great variety of food at meal times, very well presented with lots of seating available, the staff were very friendly and accomodating providing drinks on request and cleaning up very efficiently. Great place!

We stayed 4 nights at Swandor Hotel & Resort Topkapi Pałace. We enjoyed our vacation there but we were little bit disappointed that in la carte restaurants there is additional charge for dining options. In all inclusive resort everything suppose to be included in the price and quests need to know about it. We like night shows & live music very much, so entertaining was amused. The most memorable experience in dining area was dinner in Kebab House( Hürrem Restaurant) where dining service was really good. We love Turkish hospitality and especially Ruken ( waitress)& Mazhar ( waiter) were the most likable people in entire resort. They were always smiling and greeting us with outgoing personality. Overall, we had a pleasant holiday with my husband. It is a welcoming family resort with narrow access to private beach area.

Hotel en service niet op aan te merken. Is gewoon goed! Alleen waren er gewoon teveel mannelijke gasten van de voetbal toernooi aanwezig die zich iets te afwijzend reageerden op de vrouwen. Vooral als men een beetje teveel drank op hadden werd men te luidruchtig..

The resort is fairly average, it is a decent size but could do with more of its staff speaking English. The taxi ordering is a bit farcical. Restaurants are decent but could do with being open longer. We had a medical emergency, someone turned up around 20 min's after; was ridiculous. We did receive some positive experiences from members of staff, so it wasn't all dire. We asked for our rooms to be close together, and had to change rooms on the second day; due to the hotel not actioning our previous request - sigh. However, for an average stay would recommend this resort; would give it a 6 out of 10.

The resort was a decent size, fairly clean and had a nice atmosphere. However, the amount of staff that were unable to speak English was shocking, also not all staff were courteous and we had a medical emergency - but the response time was unacceptable.

Wish I could say better things - I had to ask for an iron & board 3 times, asked for a alcohol free drink he put alcohol in it - lucky I always observe & he was really dismissive about it when I said no alcohol as if I’m a inconvenience! Some staff are just rude and entitled they really ruin it for the hardworking ones - made me pay for a glass that broke in the room when they admitted it wasn’t my fault (£90) They really need to work on their customer service in Turkey in general. Overall my little boy enjoyed it hence the 3 stars

The hotel is great in terms of how clean it is and has lots of different pools. But the food lets this hotel down BIG TIME. If you like eating buffet style food for Breaky, Lunch & Dinner. Same food is served every morning, every lunch & every dinner. Not sure how a hotel can get away with saying they have 5 resturants when they all open at different times. I’ve been on many holidays but this really did let it down for us. Not to mention some the staff cant be bothered to help you. Then there is the odd staff member who are just outstanding. It’s also not located near Lara beach which is good 15mins drive away.

Es gab keinen Basketballplatz und es wurde auch nicht dabei geholfen mit dem Hotel nebenan, welches einen hatte eine freundliche Absprache zu treffen! Es sind mehrere Anläufe nötig gewesen, um überhaupt unser Anliegen verständlich zu machen. Am Strand waren Bauarbeiten an den Stegen, d.h. diese konnten wir gar nicht begehen. Im März war nur das Hauptrestaurant und die Snack-Bar geöffnet. Das warme Schwimmbecken war durchgängig nutzbar.

We chose to visit this dreadful place for our friend's birthday, and it turned out to be our worst holiday experience ever. We stayed for four nights, and from the moment we arrived to the day we left, this hotel was undoubtedly one of the worst choices. The staff were unhelpful and had the audacity to reprimand us for making noise in our own room at night, which is unacceptable for a resort. Additionally, our room wasn't cleaned once during our entire stay. They also misled us about the availability of food and activities, claiming they only start in April, despite no mention of this on their website or during booking. They were uncooperative, making our stay difficult and uncomfortable. I strongly advise against staying here; it's a complete rip-off and a scam. Don't trust the photos or half of the reviews; find somewhere else.The staff, particularly the bellboys, were utterly useless. The food was also terrible and gave all of us food poisoning, and we intend to take further action regarding this matter.

It is recorded that we did not agree with the statement that our room was not cleaned, that when we checked our records, the do not disturb light was on and that it was cleaned on other days.Our facility is planned by taking into account the situations you have stated in your declaration. Indoor/outdoor area definitions, status and quotas of event areas have been clearly explained to all our guests who want to make a reservation at our facility during this period. This information is clearly expressed in all channels where information about our facility can be obtained, including the channel through which you purchased it.We keep you informed and wish you a good day.

Excellent hotel with good services. The buffet fantastic, swimming pools excellent, good access to the beach and reasonably good entertainment. Even after check out free to continue using the facilities.
