Very nice hotel, great location and helpful staff. Only issue we had was there wasnt any hot water coming out of the showers, which ruined the comfort part of things. Staff were great for accomodating us before that though, got a little upgrade, let us have a later checkout so we could use the pool for longer and adjusted to suit our little one in the restaurant/bar

Disappointed
For the ridiculously high price we paid for a 2 bed room suite, the service was very average. The rooms were not carpeted. The kitchen had no crockery, not even basic cutlery, glasses, and had to ask for everything. The kitchen did not have microwave oven, and no dish washing soap even after requesting. So I had to order from outside to wash kids feeder bottles. The breakfast list didn’t have my name even after paying in advance with booking, so they had to ask front desk to check and kept me waiting. Parking was in a different hotel building, with no signs leading to this hotel front lobby. If I had paid half the price that I actually paid for this hotel, I would be okay.

Very big rooms with kitchen. It is between the Mosque which only muslim men can get into it!!!!!!! and LuLu Shopping center. But now there is a construction that's why it is dusty. The minus point is they debited my credit card for secure but they still didn't credit it. Althought we haven't used anything.!!!!!!

Staff always ensured our needs were met. They went above and beyond my expectations. The king bed suite was spacious and had full size fridge/freezer. Close to points of interest.

Great hotel located in the middle of beautiful scenario. The views from the rooftop pool where breath taking. The gym facilities are adequate for a good cardio workout and the steam room was clean. The breakfast has a good variety and staff make the hotel very welcoming.

I’m happy to know that you had an excellent stay with us, however, I regret to learn about inconvenience you have experienced concerning the pillows in your room being uncomfortable, therefore, kindly accept my sincere apologies for that. Rest be assured, I have thoroughly discussed this matter with our concerned management team to take the necessary corrective action and to avoid recurrence of such a shortfall in the future. With regards to your comments concerning the charges for your children during breakfast, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. However, upon checking with my team, I came to learn that your reservation was made thru Expedia, where the terms and conditions for child breakfast policy was displayed during the process of reservation. Kindly be advised that per our policy, children below 6 years old can have breakfast free of charge, between 6-12 years old with 50% of the breakfast charges and above 12 years old are charged for full breakfast. Since your children are between 6-12 years old, 50% charges were made for the breakfast. Please let me know if this was not the case in order to take further necessary action. I hope that the above will not deter you from visiting Nour Arjaan again, and I look forward to having the pleasure of welcoming you back sometime in the near future, assuring you of our best attention and services at all the times. Great location, breakfast and friendly staff
The hotel is well located more than one mall within short walking distance, behind it a beautiful Masjid, next to it a gas station, Fujairah Castle is less than 10 min away as well as other malls, Fujairah beach less than 15 min, khor fhakan is less than 30 min away, breakfast is delicious, staff are friendly, the only minor upset is the water in the pool is super cold.
