God oplevelse
Kommer ind sent på natten. Kl. 3.00, men møder en frisk pg engageret receptionist, der har styr på sit arbejde. Herefter kommer jeg op til værelset, der er rent og pænt med alt, hvad man skal bruge. Meget godt til prisen, og placeringen er også ganske god.

Fint hotel
Generelt set var det et rigtig fint hotel, dog betalte vi 2x12€ for morgenmaden, der bestemt ikke var pengene værd. Dog var lokaliteten af hotellet fantastisk, med kun få minutter ned til midtbyen på gåben.

Dejligt hotel med perfekt beliggenhed.
Hotellet ligger perfekt i forhold til både seværdigheder, shopping og restauranter. Fantastisk service fra alle ansatte fra vi trådte ind af døren. Meget hjælpsomme. Anbefalede en skøn restaurant. Vi var heldige at få plads i deres lille p-hus, men ellers er der kæmpe p-hus tæt på. Dejlig tagterrasse med fantastisk udsigt, som kompenserer for de meget små, men pæne og rene værelser. Kan varmt anbefale dette hotel.

Generelt rigtig godt. Man får et stort godt, meget rent værelse til prisen. God beliggenhed og fin service. Morgenmaden var ikke noget at råbe hurra for.

Utroligt at det kun har to stjerner
Rigtig godt værelse og en fantastisk tagterrasse. Personalet utroligt hjælpsomme og talte engelsk. Morgenmaden var OK, ikke det store udbud men rimelig til prisen 8 euro. Næste gang vi skal til Aix, så napper vi samme hotel

Hôtel calme et à deux pas du centre-ville literie très confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner copieux(buffet salé /sucré). Plusieurs variétés de thé en feuilles avec théière. À recommander

This was a very nice boutique hotel in a great location. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. The complimentary detox water upon arrival was a nice addition. Rooms were spacious, nicely decorated. The wardrobe door made a screeching sound when opened and beds seemed short. Overall would recommend!

Great: Nice hotel, well decorated, bathrooms fine, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, good location for walking around old town Minor: we had room 101 near elevator and heard the elevator bells and also every time someone flushed upstairs we heard rushing water but was quiet by 11; room302 was fine though- daughter had that room No kettle in the room

Bom hotel com boa localização.
Hotel bem localizado, possibilita visitar os principais pontos turísticos e de interesse a pé. Quarto confortável e ambiente tranquilo. O único senão desta estadia foi uma falha no atendimento quando, após ter acordado com um dos atendentes, tive o carro retirado da garagem no último dia, tendo que buscar um estacionamento privado (que achou sendo mais barato do que deixar o carro no hotel!!!!).

Kind and helpful staff
Checked in late. Hotel checkin clerk was super sweet and accommodating. She offered to have breakfast set up early since we had an early departure and the staff was wonderful.

Great location, within walking distance to the old town center. Room was very clean, recently renovated, and bathroom was spacious. The rooftop is a great place to relax and watch the sunset. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The breakfast was very good and included in the room rate. Elevator is great when carrying heavy luggage.

バスターミナルからかなり遠く、緩い上り坂で荷物が大きい場合はタクシーを使った方が良い。 部屋は快適でリニューアルされていて非常に良い。欲を言えば、もう少し広ければと思う。 街の中心部に行くには便利、夜も静か。従業員は親切で丁寧な対応だった。 困ったのは、ホテルの名前が変更されていて、果たしてここで良いのか迷った。

Modern on a tree-lined walkable old street
Great location, wonderful staff, completely new furnishings both in the rooms and the public area. Loved the generous breakfast buffet. Fabulous location on the edge of the old city on a tree-lined street. Shops, restaurants, even laundromats practically at the doorstep. For an extended stay, the only drawback was lack of a refridgerator in the room.

Boa localização e excelente atendimento
Hotel bem localizado, próximo a vários restaurantes e às atrações turísticas. Quarto de tamanho bom, cama confortável, banheiro grande. O único problema é a falta de frigobar. Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. Café da manhã com variedade de pães salgados, Yogurte, frios, frutas secas, sucrilhos, salada de frutas e máquina de café, todos os produtos orgânicos.

Nice hotel, no hot water or water pressure
This is a lovely hotel in a good location with nice staff, however the water pressure on the third floor was non-existent regardless of the time of day and there was no hot water. The shower was literally a trickle of cold water.

Wonderful location, room and service
Enjoyable stay, from the friendly reception team, to the clean and modern room, the delicious breakfast, the relaxing bar area, scenic rooftop terrace, and the excellent location - very close to city center, but away from the noise. It would be good if there were better security in the WiFi. As I recall it was an unsecured network. It worked fine otherwise, but our IT people do not like us to connect to unsecured systems.
