"It took quite a while to check in was not aware of $100 deposit for security and it had to be on a credit card other than that the rooms were good very nice layout they could have used more staff"

"The room was very comfortable and roomy. Just a few suggestions. In the bathroom, there needs to be some wall grips in the bathroom area. The toilet sits low so some people may need to extra help. In the shower, the floor is very slippery so some kind of mantis needed. "

"near scenic river trail and walkable to tourist attractions. Lobby has free water, tea, coffee and apples! There is a snack bar w more including ice cream etc. Very clean spacious 1 bedroom w microwave mid size fridges and table settings incase you want to order in for dinner. Breakfast included! "

"The hotel is undergoing a major renovation. It did affect quiet during the day, but they handled it very well. More disappointing was museums are closed Mondays and Tuesdays."

"We just got home last night from our vacation! We stayed here for a week and a half! It was nice! They have a great pool and hot tub. Laundry on sixth floor and coffee every morning! The outdoor area is great to relax by the fire pit and walk the dog in the grass! Great place for kids and pets! We in joyed and will be back again! "

"My family and I stayed here for my niece's graduation. We love the location of the hotel. The staff was extremely nice and friendly, which is so refreshing today. The room was clean and comfortable. I would say that the headboards need to updated and well as the shower. The water pressure wasn't strong. My family enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our mini vacation and we would stay here again."
