"Excellent place to stay, very modern, clean, friendly staff, easy check-in, nice pool area. Despite having to share bathroom and showers they were super clean and nicely maintained. Would def stay again. "

"Staff an d facilities were great. I must say, our flight got in really late, and to make the long story short we were tired and jet lagued when we got to the property. Upon arrival there was a situation with utilities in the area that had nothing to do with staff or the property. Regardless, they went way out of their way to help is out, acomodate us and make us feel welcome and apriciated within the situation. They actually helped us out with flying collors. Will recomend with 0 reservations."

"I felt safe and relaxed. I only wished my room was a little bit bigger. The staff were very helpful and Amanda the property manager was very kind and attentive. The beach section with the complimentary umbrellas, chairs were nice and clean. The location was exceptional. Restaurants are walking distance. It’s pretty easy to get around with an uber. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Although my overall experience was Excellent there were two things that I have to say bothered me. The first is roaches. I killed two roaches in our room. I do not know if they came from the plumbing or what but I was concerned they would get in my luggage. The second thing was the $40 food & drink credit, the person at reception said he would open my reservation so I could use it even though I had already checked out but when I went to the bar the bartender said I couldnt use it and had to pay...

"The property is absolutely beautiful and really gives off a lovely Tulum vibe! That said, it is a bit on the pricey side. Unfortunately, you can’t charge food or drinks to your room, and there’s no Apple Pay, so be sure to bring your card if you want to purchase something at the bar. On a positive note, I really appreciate that they provide free chairs and umbrellas when you head to the beach! "Our stay at the pelican Poshtel was good. Our first night was miserable. Our room was very small and the air conditioning didn’t work. But once I went the staff a message they offered another room which was way better then our room. It was way better and the air was working wonderful LOL. Overall our stay was good great location for places to walk to good parking in front of the building area was so quite. I would stay again as long as I don’t get that small room again. "

"Very small unit (room#3) with a good closet. The king-size bed takes all the space in the room which is minimally equipped and needs update. I always check the bedsheets first upon arrival. That day the sheets were not removed and laundered after the previous guests. I found few body hair, lots of sand and blood stains on the fitted sheet and the pillow cases as well (red, not brown spots which indicates not cleaning process). "Hotellet ligger nærmest direkte på en highway, med en enorm støj til følge, ud over det larmede airconditionen som en gammel lastbil, så selv om vi var trætte fik vi ikke sovet meget, Vi havde bestilt 3 overnatninger, men blev kun den første nat. Hotellet forlangte dog betaling for alle 3 nætter."

"Ok hotel på stranden. Hotellet er ikke nyt placering ok men tæt på lufthavnen og startbanen så kan du ikke lide lyden af startende fly er dette ikke et hotel for dig. Men i forhold til de to nabo hoteller er prisen kun det halve og stranden er jo lige så god. Intercontinental har en dejlig strandbar 100 meter fra hotellet som vi brugte. Flere restauranter i området."
