Beautiful and clean

This Holiday Inn is very nice upon walking in, with a beautiful fireplace and unique pool set up, however, the walls are so paper thin, we heard the next door guest’s dog barking at night and early in the morning. We also heard them incessantly coughing, blowing their nose, and possibly throwing up? It was absolutely disgusting.
I was also disheartened to learn that though this was marketed as near the Biltmore, it was actually a 10-15 minute drive away. They were conveniently located off of the interstate, but maybe too convenient because it was not easy getting all the way over three lines for one of the interstate options.
With all of these things considered, it’s surprising that their breakfast does not come included. This is not one of their elite hotels by any means.
The room was pretty standard, but all in all, we would never stay here again.

My husband and i stay here at least once a year. Always enjoyable!

Everything was great 👍
although the air conditioner was so loud it sounded like there was construction outside the window.
I kept looking out the window to see where the construction was being done until I found out that it was the air conditioner that made this loud noise and sounded like somebody intermittently loading up the truck with cement.
So I called down to the front desk and now apologize for my inaccuracy.
The kitchen accidentally set off the fire alarm and the fire truck showed up, so we all had to wait outside.
Just so you know the fire alarm is extremely loud decibels ,which is necessary and plugged my ears walking down the hallway and stairs to reduce potential auditory damage.

The room was very clean, the bed was so comfy and staff was helpful. The hedges out front made it difficult to see traffic when pulling out onto the main road. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
