Det virker som om hotellet er lavet på billige materieller, et fint hotel med rigtig store værelser, men det mangler nogle detaljer - feks, kan det varme vand i brusebadet, være lang tid om at komme, huller i sengetøjet osv. Poolen, var ikke rengjort og det flød med blade og plastik affald som andre gæster har haft efterladt.
Venligt personale, der er meget opmærksom gæstens behov.
Den tilknyttet restaurant, har en meget blandet kvalitet - den samme ret kan sagtens smage og se forskelligt ud, på to forskellige dage.

Dejlig beliggenhed i North Pattaya på Beach Road.

Gang på hotellet (i 2011 - 14 dage) og denne gang 7 dage i et grand de luxe værelse på 55 m2 med direkte storslået udsigt til strand/vand og livet på Beach Road. Andre typer af værelser ligger længere tilbage og har afhængig af placering ringere udsigt og dem mod indgangssiden (syd) må påregne støj fra parkeringsplads hvor f.eks ventende busser holder med motor igang. God delvis open-air restaurant hvor breakfast serveres. Der kan være støj på værelsesgangene. Giver stedet 3,5 stjerner

Great location on the beach and close to everything. The staff is wonderful to talk to. Would definitely stay there again.

Room for improvement
Opslået 19. jan. 2024 på HotelsI thought the hotel was old and outdated. I was very disappointed and embarrassed because I was with someone, that I was trying to impress. Bath tub had mold in it. They only gave you 1 room key, so when you return to your room it was hot. Free breakfast buffet, but not impressive. Very limited items to eat. Overall, I feel if this hotel takes on a renovation it could improve its image. It has potential with a great location from the beach and 2 malls close.
