Big rooms for NYC and very nice lobby & staff. Only negative is one elevator was down

Lovely hotel in Hell’s Kitchen. Close to everything and bike trail. Staff is friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate special requests. Lobby is cozy and inviting. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
