Fantastisk Hotel
Opslået 26. jun. 2014 på HotelsVirkeligt et topklasse hotel, der ligger perfekt midt i centrum af Firenze. Det største minus var, at vi var i bil og hotellet var stort set umuligt at finde, da kørsel i byens centrum er noget af en udfordring. Det lykkedes dog efter god service fra hotellet. Hotellet sørger for at bringe bilen til og fra en P-garage. Jeg vil dog anbefale, at man selv finder en P-garage i nærheden. og tænker sig godt om før man bevæger sig i bil helt til hotellet.

Nice hotel, great location
Opslået 7. apr. 2014 på HotelsPositive: Really nice hotel, very cozy and high standard. Location can't be better - right in the middle of Florence. Service in bar and restaurant was five stars. Negative: As no ironing in room was possible we was forced to use laundry service. Small rooms.

Super centralt men en del støj
Opslået 23. sep. 2009 på HotelsHotellet ligger virkelig godt. Det er meget centralt og tæt på centrum med butikker og seværdigheder. Personalet er hjælpsomt og venligt. Dog var der nogen som ikke talte så godt engelsk.
Værelset, Deluxe room, var dejligt stort med aircondition,safeboks mv. Det var dog langt fra nyt.
Desværre var der meget lydhørt og man kunne høre når andre var på toilettet eller gik i bad. Derudover blev man vækket hver morgen kl. 7 af kirkeklokker som kunne høres flere gange om dagen.

It was an absolutely fantastic stay! The location in the middle of the historic center is a perfect start to explore the city. The hotel is a beautiful mix of the historic building with modern furnishings. We were also very excited that the AC worked flawlessly in the summer heat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge made some fantastic local dinner recommendations which turned out to be perfect. All around the whole experience was at least 5 stars .

Excellent location, excellent location, with very helpful staff. And house restaurant superb, With a two mystery one star chef. Hotel is extremely close to all the attractions.
