No entiendo como tiene excelentes comentarios. Las habitaciones son chicas, cortinas y sábanas manchadas. En el baño no había shampoo, y cuando llegamos el baño tenía escremento en el inodoro. El desayuno es muy pobre. Se tapó la hacha del baño y tardaron 2 días en arreglarlo. No volvería nunca mas

Buenas tardes Analia. Lamentamos los inconvenientes ocurridos durante su estadía. Al haber tenido que cambiarle la habitacion al momento de su check in durante la madrugada por el termporal, por error se le tuvo que dar la única otra habitación disponible, que estaba en mantemiento, y no a la venta. Por suerte al dia siguiente se le pudo dar un upgrade. Lamentamos que nuestro desayuno no haya sido de su satisfaccion, ya que tiene frutas de estacion, ensalada de fruta, mermeladas y yogur casero, medialunas clasicas e integrales, pan frances e integral, huevos, jamon, queso zardo y gruyer, dulce de leche, manteca, queso crema, semillas, cereales, pasas de uva.Agradecemos su tiempo para dejarnos su comentario para siempre poder mejorar nuestro servicio.

Elevator not working. Photos were different that the actual room. Breakfast does not start until 8am!!!

Ordered specifically a king sized bed and got 2 single beds. the mattress was also very soft and super uncomfortable to sleep so that i woke up with backpain after the first night. when i stated the issue they promised that they check if they can do something, well, nothing happened and it seemed like they didn't really care about the issue. also elevator was not working and the 3rd floor was on the 4th. because there is nothing on the third floor. all in all, not very pleasant. would not recomend. Room was clean and all but the service and the information wheren't as promised.
