The location was perfect for us. We appreciated the terrace and the views of the ocean. The pools and the jacuzzi are nice amenities. The condo is modern and nicely decorated. Inside the condo, we appreciated that all of the appliances worked and that there is a dishwasher. The bathrooms are small and the lighting is not very good and there isn’t space for toiletries; however there are shelves in the bedroom that suffice. We were surprised that we had to purchase filtered water and toilet paper, but a small price to pay for the location.

The unit was wonderful! It is small, but not an issue as we didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo. Nicely furnished and comfortable. It was fun having the elevator open into the unit. We did experience issues with the water treatment plant on the other side of the canal, which resulted in days of foul smelling sewage. While this is no fault of the condo, I am sharing for awareness to others. We also had to supply our own paper towels and toilet paper. Again, not a problem, but for others to know about. Unit wasn’t ready until after 4pm, but had been advised it would be ready at 3pm. The pools, views and proximity to all things in Bucerias will have us back again!

We loved staying here again. This condo is in a really great, central location in Bucerias. It is oceanfront and is walking distance to restaurants, shops and the market area. The condo itself was well equipped and very clean. Lots of room for the 2 of us. Pool areas were very nice. The building itself was very clean and well maintained with friendly staff.

We enjoyed our Bucerias vacation!! The condo was clean and comfortable. Two relaxing pools and a full exercise room. Also, plenty of garage parking and great restaurants within walking distance.

Great location to explore Bucerias! The apartment was great! Went to the upper pool in the morning and the lower pool in the evening. It was very warm so we used the air conditioner to get a break and then continued exploring. Everything we needed was there - washer & dryer, plates & utensils, pots & pans, towels, etc

This is a must stay property

This place is great all around. Proximity to great restaurants, staff, pools, ocean access and everything else. Next year we are hoping to stay for 2 weeks and will do it at this property. The owner is so helpful and very responsive.

The communication with the managers was great, Jenny was amazing she helped us get around and got things done her friendly personality and charm speaks volumes!!! Thank you Jenny for a wonderful time at this wonderful at this place.

It was fine but I wouldn’t stay here again

The check-in process was smooth. The condo was a lot smaller than it appears on Photos. There was no water in the big water cooler in the kitchen. I contacted the property manager to bring one and he didn’t respond. That wasn’t something I was going to go pick up and carry down the street! I got food poisoning After using the Nespresso maker. I should’ve known when only about 1/3 of the normal amount of espresso came out of the pod that something was jammed up in there. Anyway, I drank the coffee and then ended up in bed for 24 hours with food poisoning type symptoms. Also, the toilet in the en suite does not flush properly at all. It needs plunging every time you use it. I contacted the manager again, and he said he would try to get a hold of a plumber, but I didn’t hear anything else about it so we put up with all three of us using the same toilet for the week. there is absolutely nowhere to put groceries away in the unit. We just ended up putting them on top of the microwave or right next to the sink. There’s only a few cupboards and they all have cookware in them. We were there during the oyster festival and right outside the balcony is where they set up the sound stage and about 50 porta potties. So it was extremely loud for two days, and the smell of the porta potty was great. Also, at times, there is a sewer smell inside the unit. We talked to others at the pool and they also could smell it in their units.I also wasn’t a fan of the elevator system, people can see in.

Lovely building in town

Small condo. Large patio. Our favorite was the rooftop pool with surround views of the town and beach. Right downtown beside the markets. Can be noisey at night. Apartment small but large closet space in each room. Large shower. Comfortable beds and wondershshower

First time in Bucerias

The host was sometimes not responsive. We were double booked and had to go through vrbo after a week to get a response from Stefano as to what days we were actually booked. During our stay we had no internet for a 1 1/2 days. He didn't respond to contact through VRBO text or when I called and left a voice message. Had to call again the next morning.He also told us we needed to checkout of the property at 11AM when icheckout is 12PM.I know the property owners have no control over the canal that drains right beside the building. The smell was very bad and we weren't able to use the outside deck space attached to the condo. The rooftop pool also had a smell from the drainage at times depending on which way the wind blew. When I sent Stefano a message about the smell he told me the property owners were trying to get it changed through the municipality. I don't know how often the drainage happens, it was definitely unpleasant for 1/2 of our stay. It's a beautiful property, unfortunate about the canal odour.

Worth a look!

Stephano was an excellent host, we had a few minor issues which were dealt with immediately. The condo is beautiful. The roof top pool is amazing. This was our first time in Bucerias and we found it very noisy. Some sort of festival was taking place with loud music blaring to the wee hours of the morning. But over all the condo was very nice, lots of good restaurants within walking distance and of course beautiful beaches

Unit is well equipped. Close to good restaurants and the beach. Nice pools on the roof and overlooking beach (2). Workout room well equipped and front desk people helpful The fingerprint entry process can take getting used to but quite doable. Stephano answered our needs prmptly

Fantastic

This lovely apartment is comfortable, clean and compact. It was a good size for two people. It is perfectly positioned right in the centre of town and on the beach. Easy access to shops and cafes. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you need. The check in was easy, just a simple instruction from the owner. The fingerprint key method works well mostly, but if it does not work there is a back up key card as well. The complex has two pool areas, one on the roof and one at ground level. Both areas have beautiful pools with excellent quality furniture and umbrellas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

The property was very clean and maintained. The option of the two pools was great a not crowded. The finger to access the apt was brilliant, no keys to carry. The kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely return.

Excellent Location in Bucerias

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for two weeks and it was a wonderful stay. The location of the apartment was perfect for us. The building is located right on the beach, and is close to everything. The check-in was easy. Stefano (host) had his property manager meet us there and made sure we got in. The apartment looks better than the pictures. It has a lot of natural light coming in and great A/C. The amenities were great. The two swimming pools were an added bonus. We used the one on the roof top for the most part. The gym has a 180 degree view of the town and lots of natural light coming in. I loved the private entrance to the apartment, however, it is worth mentioning the elevator opens up directly to your apartment. This was never an issue for us and we always felt safe. You'll find restaurants nearby and an oxxo a few steps away. The host was very responsive and helpful. His prompt and informative responses made our stay even more pleasant. The apartment has all of the basics needed. Of note, access to the building is through your fingerprint. This is important to some. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Stefano made us feel at home and at ease. I highly recommend his place.

Small but sweet

First of all I got to say that to get to the property it's a bit tricky since GPS doesn't read all of the streets around the property and the ones going one way or the other so be careful about that (not too hard just a bit confusing) The property is very nice but I found out that the photos do not represent the actual size of the condo, it was a lot smaller of what we thought by the photos still it's a very cozy and charming property. It lacked of some confort I guess because of its size. The sofa looks nice and modern but lacks of confort unless you seat by yourself then it's comfy ... Beds are ok but again if you are used to to the confort of a king size you are out of luck! Showers are nice and roomie with nice water pressure but not a lot of room on the counter to place all of your toiletries, there's plenty of room under the faucet though, as I mentioned before the whole place is a bit tight but once you realize where you are and the surroundings you get used to very quickly. Stefano was very attentive and quick to respond when we encountered a problem and found a solution in a timely manner thank you Stefano. The beach pool and the roof top pool are very nice but certainly not for a lap swim the gym is great also the sauna and steam room on the top floor. Overall we like this unit we really enjoyed been so close to everything from the local market to the big and amazing Comercial Mexicana, restaurants, bars and coffee shops most of it within walking distance.

Many many problems

Property manager provided no instructions. No one there to allow us onto the property. Didn’t know how to find our condo. After there , we were not told about drinking water. Condo was badly arranged; had to move furniture to make it functional. No extra room in bedrooms even to put your suitcase. Bathrooms were terrible; large vessel sink left no counter space. Shower was very small, handle fell off; shower rain head sprayed on top you when you turned it on. Hand towel holder broken. Near end of trip, electricity was turned off for non payment.
