We very enjoyed our stay here! I had a Broadway conference and my family tagged along to do city stuff. The location is amazing and very safe. For the price and location, it can’t be beat! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying in this area!Pros:-Great location, very walkable, close to trains & restaurants/coffee shops (highly rec Bird & Branch for coffee & happy hour at the restaurant next door!)-Spacious 2 bedrooms with hallway separated. -Two spacious bathrooms-Great AC-Decent kitchen areaCONS-Little communication with property manager up until check-in. Didn’t address concerns, but all in all check-in process was very easy.

If you do not plan to consume any food within this apartment, have a bunch of people, and will only be showering/sleeping here, this is the perfect place for you.The good:1) Location, location, location. 2) Ultimately 6 people can sleep here, and one set has their own bathroom. 3) It's relatively quiet and only up one flight of stairs.4) There's A/C in each bedroom and the wifi works.5) Plenty of hangers in the master closetThe less good:1) Communication with the host was mediocre at best. When I reached out with questions, I'd get clipped answers.2) They say there are kitchen facilities, but the "kitchen" is the size of a telephone booth. The microwave wasn't hooked up.3) There's two bedrooms, that's it. If you bring home takeaway, or coffee, or anything, you eat it in bed.4) The TV wasn't set to anything.5) The shower in the master needs a better curtain- water everywhere.6) No extra towelsThe it's New York and there's not a lot you can do about it:1) There were cockroaches.

Unreliable Host – Left Us Stranded in NYC with No Place to StayWe had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with this listing. Upon arrival in NYC during a very busy weekend when most hotels were fully booked, we discovered that the host had provided the wrong address for the apartment. After attempting to contact them multiple times via the listed phone number and VRBO messaging, we received absolutely no response.We were left completely stranded, with no access to the property and no communication from the host whatsoever. VRBO support even attempted contact and they were given no response. Given the city’s high occupancy that weekend, this created a chaotic and distressing situation. We were forced to scramble for last-minute accommodations at a significant personal and financial cost.This level of negligence and poor communication is unacceptable. Travelers rely on accurate information and responsive hosts—especially in a city like New York where backup options are limited and expensive. I would strongly caution others before booking this property.
