The staff was friendly and the view of the lake is nice.
However this is NOT a 4 star property. It’s at most 2.5 stars. The rooms are super small, there is no closet, your clothes and suitcases will be right next to your bed.
There is no gym. The pool is not heated.
The area around the hotel is not the glamorous Lake Garda one would expect, it is surrounded by campgrounds, bungalows, rundown apartment buildings, low-end hotels and houses.
There are better places to stay on Lake Garda.

Room size of the suite room was adequate. Had some issues with the placement of power points, none next to the room.
Location was excellent right in the heart of the things with best gelato in Riva Del Garda and best shopping and eateries, lake side within 5 mins walking.
Breakfast was good but on the last day staff at the live egg counter was missing.
At 6:30 am no one answers the phone at the reception or housekeeping if you need something like fresh towels.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are large, especially in comparison to other room sizes in Italian hotels. The staff are so attentive and kind. Breakfast was wonderful over looking the lake, with lots of options and lactose free options. Excellent restaurants and cafes near by. Lovely local shops and extremely safe, quiet and the perfect holiday location. I didn’t want to leave!
