"The property location is not good and very far from city with no access to market or shops nearby. The property doesn’t have a lift and we had to climb up three storeys for room access. The room was big however the sitting area mattress was in a poor condition. The staff is friendly and helpful. "

The amenities of the hotel made my stay comfortable. The location is convenient (2 mins walk to the main market). I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are planning a trip to Leh."

As Americans, we had been overwhelmed by the drive on tiny streets, honking, and mountain road from Srinagar…. The oasis of Bodhi tree for the next three days was a balm. The manager and staff were very gracious and the garden was a dream. "

"All in all a 3/5 star experience. Here is why: The Location was nice,but no better or worse than any other in the area. The facility was clean and spacious and the balcony view was very nice! That was very good. Staff was also friendly and trying to be helpful, they didn’t manage too well whatsoever. The water was only warm when I asked them to turn on the boiler. So every day I was showing ice cold for the first 5 minutes. Not very pleasant. Breakfast and dinner was ok. The food was alright but...

"We went to the venue and found there was no electricity or generator facility, only 2 staff of aged 16-18 years who were looking into the amenities, the room was pathetic and we were the only person who were supposed to stay on that day...so we didn't stay in the pathetic guest house and want the refund of our money."
