Ricardo was very welcomng and grqciously accommodated my early arrival.
The room is a fully modern one in an ancient building with stone steps and classic acrchitectural touches still in place. And steps from Piazza San Lorenzo, the harbour, and several Metro stops.
Cafes, art shops, narrow local lanes all within steps. Ideal location. Walkable from the cruise port and two main strain stations.

The property was in a good location. It was initially hard to find as it is upstairs in a multi purpose building, but once found it was in a good location. Rooms were clean and large and comfortable. I would stay again and recomm.

"Very nice room with a balcony. Host was very easy to communicate with. Walking distance to everything in town. Parking is at the top of town in a paid parking lot. You will have to walk down - this is typical in the area."

"Beautiful sea view from the room and terrace! Very quiet as off peak season and it was great to stay. First in the morning, no one is in front of sea, having a coffee at terrace.. so nice!"
