Overall, good deal.
Great inside space. Clean and accommodating. Neighborhood is a bit run-down and ill-kempt. Had homeless stop us on first night and ask for clothing and money. But, overall, good deal for family stay.

Family Visit
My husband and I traveled with our dog to see family near Greer. The location was perfect. We were close to family and able to walk to downtown Greer. The online description is modest compared to the generous floor plan and huge back yard we found when we got to the property. The owner was wonderful to work with. It was an excellent stay with fabulous accommodations.

Short Stay in Greer.
Carlos was fantastic with all his communications. The house was beautiful as was the backyard for our 4 legged babies. Little bit of a ride to Greenville. Highly recommend.

The place was great! Our bed was comfortable and I slept well. It was quiet at night so no noises to wake up. The place was clean and cozy and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard. The host was great when we communicating back and forth. We would definitely stay here again!

House perfect for family with 2 kids and dogs. Beds were surprisingly comfortable compared to other vrbos we have stayed at. We booked last minute and host was very easy to connect with. Older neighborhood and Short walk to park. Seems to be a little more lively at night on weekends than during week. We would book again.

Absolutely beautiful house and area
Absolutely beautiful, the house is amazing and cozy. Feels like home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting this area. If I could rate a higher start level I would.

A nice little house. It smelled a little musty, and the yard was overrun with a neighbor's pet rabbits that left pellets everywhere. Otherwise everything was good.

nice little house with good furnishings and decor
we enjoyed our stay - it was a great place for me and my son and our dog to call home base while we explored the area - suggestions for minor improvements - it would be great if the fenced in back yard was attached to the house for easier access for letting pets out - a regular sized dining room table would be nice to have room to spread out for eating and or playing games - outdoor furniture should be replaced or removed because it is unusable due to torn seats because of sun or weather damage. - over still a very nice place to stay and a good owner

Cozy cottage
This was our second stay at this location. We really enjoy the area and the house. The house is close to a pretty park and good restaurants. Great for walking. It’s not fancy, but very welcoming, clean and comfortable. The host is responsive and helpful. If the need arises, we would stay there a third time.

Close VRBO for family reunion
Perfect property for my husband, myself and our 3 grandchildren. All property instructions were easy to follow. Amenities were plentiful (bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms). Very comfortable home for what we needed and fantastic price! Never had to contact owner as we had no problems whatsoever. Will use again whenever needed. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful!

Beautiful stay
We really enjoyed stay at Mr Mendez"s home. The decor was beautiful. We had everything we needed to cook, relax. Our dog Molly loved it too. The yard was big and green. She loved playing in it after 2 days driving down in the car. We would recommend the home to anyone who will be staying in the area.

House was as described. Easy walk to city park and historic downtown. Greer has invested a lot in their city park and the historical business district. Will come back. The only problem with the property is the grass needed cutting. I notified the own and he responded quickly. His brother was supposed to cut it. He showed up the day before we left. Gave 4 stars due to that.

The property was very cozy and comfortable and spacious, and we were very impressed with it. We would definitely stay here again. We explored the area and had no issues getting around. It felt like a 2nd home for us. Can't recommend it enough!!

Well kept, decently equipped, driveway parking. Walking distance to downtown Greer and the park, which is beautiful. Easy drive to Greenville and Paris Mountain State Park. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs: Greer is a railroad town and you will hear the train whistles at night.

Excellent location for seeing Greer
Easy walk to downtown Greer, including restaurants and the beautiful park. You will hear trains and there are several large guard dogs in the neighborhood and they bark a fair amount so if you have low noise tolerance this is not the right place for you. Mattress was comfortable and getting in was a breeze. I would stay here again.

Horrible stay
The property owner is lieing about how many beds are available. The listing says 2 queen beds per room. This not true. There's 1 queen bed per room and 2 air mattresses in the hall closet. One of the air mattresses smelled like dog urine. After check out host sent a $60 request payment saying we ruined an air mattress. This was not true and he made no attempt to contact me directly. This is a ripoff so beware!

Perfect stay for visiting family in the upstate
This home was a great location for visiting family in both Spartanburg and Greenville. It was clean, spacious, & comfortable. Kids loved that the tvs had Netflix. And we enjoyed playing fetch with the dog in the huge backyard. we also enjoyed walking around the cute park and downtown Greer. It was a truly nice experience.

Had to leave a day early.
We left a day early after we found fleas (dead fleas) on both of our dogs. We believe the fleas were in the backyard as the next door neighbor has 3-4 dogs in a chain linked fence kennel and multiple cats running around the house. It was unfortunate as the backyard was one of the reasons we booked the house - not only for our dogs, but the yard is large, has a fire pit and looks like a fun place to hang out. We weren't able to enjoy the space due to the fleas but also the next door neighbor dogs would bark incessantly if we were outside. The inside of the house was clean and accommodating.

Traveled with our dogs, so the fenced in back yard was a plus. Lots of room. Convenient location to our destination. Close to stores, gas stations, places to eat. There was an issue with the hot water tank while staying there. Could use a few more blankets. Owner was in contact with us regarding the issue. Quiet area. I would stay there again.

Undisclosed Cameras
Undisclosed cameras outside by the front and side door. Also, there’s a camera inside that faces towards the back door - VRBO policy prohibits ANY interior cameras. Two of the three cameras were listed on a piece of paper left in the house, but not on the actual property listing. Aside from the undisclosed cameras, the stay was fine.
